Easy check in and check out process. Room is fitting for a solo traveller like myself. A couple will do well too for the room size. Breakfast was sufficient and the facilities was also enough. I used the laundry service, keep in mind there is only one dryer and one washing machine. I didn't have to wait. The heater/air cond was good and the room was quite clean. I think it was worth my money as I was on a budget. The microwave came in handy and the internet was very slow but I realised that I could switch to a different server then it was lightning speed, just a tip.

My stay was almost a disaster. I have allergies to scented air fresheners (they are neuro-toxins). I walked into my room and the air freshener was so strong I tried to opened the door and window to air it out. After 30 minutes it was still super strong. I went to the front desk and he had another room that was cleaned by a different cleaner and that was not overly scented. These air masking products should be outlawed and certainly not used is excess as was in this case.

The location just off the main highway was good. I choose a "suite" since we were going to be there for several days and preferred the option to make some of our own meals. The microwave was very old, and we had to reset circuit breaker several times to make it work. The heater in the front room blew cold air, so room was cold. As I was leaving the TV in front room stopped working.

Bed sheets is not washed at all, pretty bad in shape. Very dirty. I don’t know how we are going to manage today. Carpet is also not cleaned, lot of dirt and not vacuumed

Carpets could use a good cleaning but otherwise exceptional cleaning. The lingering smell of cleaning products was very strong. The included breakfast was disappointing.

Breakfast was a little skimpy with hard boiled eggs, waffles and beagles. Suppose that is why they justify a $5 “resort fee” but overall convent place to crash on way to mammoth as any for decent price.

VERY helpful staff and management…allowed multi-hour access to their lobby computer. Facilitated day-by-day extensions of stay in the same room.

Very comfortable stay except the beds are incredibly hard. The shower head is low for us short girls. The heating worked perfectly. I enjoyed my stay other then the back pain I woke up to.
