Premier Inn Chester (Railway Station)

The staff were excellent and friendly nothing was to much trouble. Special thanks to Ant, Kasia and Yasmin. Would highly recommend, staying with them. Room very clean - food excellent good variety of family favourites on the menu. Dietary requirements catered for too!

Return visitor having stayed last October for the Marathon, this year competing in the Chester Triple starting with the 10k, then half and full marathons later in the year. Have to say my last visit was no fluke and I received the same great friendly service and wonderful breakfast. Looking forward to my next visit when the rooms have all been refurbished. Thankyou, Chester.

Just checked out after weekend spent in chester visiting family, ideally located for where we needed to be. No issues during the sta, room was spotless and all the staff we saw were super helpful and friendly would stay again when visiting our family nearby

Absolutely delightful staff members who could not do enough to help and make stay really pleasant. Very clean, apart from under bed where I found a sock. Facilities were adequate, could do with a makeup mirror but bed very comfy and great shower. Right in centre of Chester and a short walk from station.

The hotel was perfectly adequate. Rooms could do with some modernisation. Bathroom was perfectly functional but tired looking. No USB port which was very surprising. Breakfast was great. Staff were great.

Melissa and Ant have been nothing short of exceptional in their service for me and my partner. Every interaction came with a smile and they both have excellent subject knowledge of their roles. 5/5 without a doubt. Both of them have served us repeatedly throughout our stay. Melissa had us both smiling and laughing during our breakfast and created such a lovely, warm atmosphere for us. As I am writing this, I have seen her proactively assist an elderly guest with their food and drinks, again with a smile. We will definitely be coming back.

Charming helpful staff Good food and facilities, comfy bed. Cleanish, although did find someone’s sick under the bed!! Could do with makeup mirror. But otherwise very good facilities. There is 24 hour staffing and all that we encountered could not do enough for us.

The establishment was dirty and we was kept up all night. The tv didn’t work. The staff were not helpful at all. We left a night early and lost the money not offered a refund and was treated appallingly by the customer services here name was karolina who ended up putting the phone down on us was no help at all. I wouldn’t dream of taking children to this hotel it is awful. Neighbours partying all night shouting. It was more like a hostel than a hotel. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR STAY AT THIS DOSS HOUSE. You will be treated like scum.

Stayed for my Birthday. It’s Just a short distance from the railway station. You can store your bags here if your early and go into the city centre. It has a resturant which serves evening meals and breakfast plus a bar. We only stayed one night, but will be back again.
