The lady that was working the continental breakfast yelled at me for opening a cupboard door looking for a fork… The cupboard was labeled forks. She would not stop yelling that wasn’t for the public. I tried to explain that I had not seen were the silverware was, but she keep yelling. She kept going on and on. In my face. And when I went to take a shower I noticed that the water smells like sewage and made me feel dirtier than when I first got in.

Lovely resort. Two pools plus kiddie pool will be great in hot weather while soaking in the feel of the ocean. Beautiful landscaping and grounds.

Could use some updates and modernization. Feels like it has not been considered for an update for years. Accommodations were comfortable and appeared clean.

If you can afford to stay somewhere better you should. The property is dirty and in need of many repairs.I regret staying there for the price.

Exactly what we expected. We weren't looking for luxury, just a cheap place to stay for a couple of nights. No frills, nothing fancy, but it served the purpose we needed. Staff were very friendly. Appreciated the continental breakfast.

We stayed here in the Ormond beach suite for 4 nights after Christmas. The staff was very friendly and polite. Housekeeping came around daily and asked if we needed anything. Breakfast was good and had several options like breakfast sandwiches, cereal, muffins, bagels, fruits, oatmeal, yogurts, coffee, hot chocolate and milk. It was a little chilly while we were there and so heated pool felt amazing! The room had amazing views with a wrap around balcony. We saw dolphins every morning from our balcony! The rooms were clean but could use some updating. It was nice to have a small kitchen where we could make a quick meal or heat up leftovers. There was plenty of space in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom so you don’t feel like you’re on top of each other. We enjoyed our time here and will stay again.

The hotel was ok for its price. Old and worn, but neat and clean. The only minus, because smoking was prohibited in the hotel yard area, you had to go to the road to smoke.

You can tell the room has had some recent updates. However, there is a lot more work to be done. There were bugs and insect feces in the kitchen cabinets as well as dirty linens on the beds, the toilet was rusty and not so clean and floor could’ve used a good vacuum. Now, I will say the hotel was NOT as bad as the reviews suggest and if my room was clean thoroughly and properly I probably would visit again. By the way staff was friendly and pleasant 😊
