部屋がきれいではありません。タオルやバスタオルに毛が生えています。一度交換した後も同じです。衛生状態を改善する必要があります。タオルに毛が付いているのですが、わかりません。ホテルに伝えたところ、清掃の問題だと言われました。

衛生状態: 掃除用のゴミ袋が 2 日間エレベーター入口に放置されており、汚い感じがします。 設備: テレビが映らない、スクリーンが映らない、見るのに19.9ドルかかる、部屋のカーテンが腐っている、部屋を変えてほしいと頼んでも応じてくれない。ゲストに提供された製品は完成品であるはずですが、そのような明らかな技術的問題があると思われる場合は、修理を依頼しても修理できませんでした。完全に閉められていて、私が眠っているときは光が入ってきて、遮音性も悪く、窓からはあらゆる種類のクラクションと音楽が聞こえていました。検査済みです。 サービス: 出発後、充電器を忘れたことに気づき、ホテルの固定電話に接続できず、199 から始まる番号に電話したところ、問い合わせをして折り返し連絡するとのことでした。コメントを投稿した時点で、丸一週間返事がありませんでした。

Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Good location near to Kunming railway station. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

Spacious, very clean, soft towels, conveniently located near kunming train station (3 minutes walk). Friendly helpful staff. Not many breakfast choices though. Overall very pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Very convenient location, minutes walk to the train station where we can take HSR. The staff was polite, room was clean and our room view was great. Satisfied with the stay and great value for money, too.

The room is big and clean but staff s cannot communicate in English.

1）no toilet at reception 2) breakfast area is too small, occupied less than 50 persons Room is big and a lot of high tech tools. Curtains is good, toilet water is too hot can't control it. I been stayed here 2 nights still don't know how to control the hot water 3)breakfast is only so so Rmb28 per person 4)ealking from kunming station to hotel is a harder way if you have huge luggage. Have to pass by underpass.

Great location nears kunming railway station, but hotel has only 2 elevators which shared with many people.

Good location. Overall is ok. Ps.The air conditioning is out of order on 08/04/2024 but it's fine cause it was not hot on the date .

In between south ring station and kunming station. Very close to rail road as well. Shares the same building as Ramada.

Strategic location, surrounding hotel has supermarket, 7-Elevan, coffee shop and various mushroomdark kitchen soups. The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and the room size is big.

Excellent location and friendly front desk. However, 3 hotels shared the lift and it took ages to wait for one

This hotel sharing the lift with other hotel and residents of the building. There is no security of the lift, anyone can use the lift. I feel a bit dangerous but it seems like most of the China hotel is like that. It is very close to Kunming train station, about 15min walk. There is food and supermarket within the area.
