I love the infrastructure they have. I liked the coordination of their stuff members. I liked how they keep time. And their food whoa🤤😍🔥

The hotel is relatively basic, but there is a lot of love for the hotel from the staff! They try very hard. For me, the breakfast for which I prepaid was unpredictable. Some days, it was fully kitted out, and there was nearly nothing on Sunday. However, the staff suggested everything I didn't want. The menu seemed OK, but everything was drowned in a sauce that hid all the ingredients.

When I stepped in in this magnificent hotel, I was warmly welcomed by the gorgeous smiles of the receptionist. . The next interesting part was when I was offered that splendid room, my heart raced abit to the sight of this beautiful place I was told it was mine. The food was tremendously delicious. With all the warmth and beautiful serenity the entire conference went on well. There was peace and I found home in this place. I would visit and revisit this place again and again given a chance and if time allows.

I love this place. It has the perfect location close to Wimpy's and another fast food restaurant. It also has Bureau de Change offices right in front of the hotel. Also the food is very good. Thank you

since we are living in times of business competition, my advise is that you consider to reduce the prices to attract more customer but maintain the standards as I have already said. Also consider taking out charging room services considering the room prices are on the higher side.

It starts with the location. Traffic jams have created difficult travel conditions in the capital. Crossroads is at an excellent location for going both north and south on the Lilongwe bypass as well as traveling toward Mchinji and the west side of the city. The service given by the house staff is world class, and the quality of everything about CROSSROADS is first class. Highly recommend it.

my stay at crossroads hotel was very fantastic and they even offered an extra hours stay after he official checkout time because the office vehicle could not come on time to continue my trip. his was very convenient for me to wait in my hotel room as the office sorted my travel arrangement.

The staff were lovely - everyone is very welcoming and the service is great. Breakfast had fresh fruit and an omelette station everyday. I didn't have time to use the pool but it looked quite nice. Had a tasty meal at the restaurant attached, The Copper Pot, where I also had great service.

Good experience so far. Reservations and reception were very good. TV channels are very limited with not so good picture quality. perhaps they need some HD TV. It can get very cold but the aircons are not user friendly. Overall experience. Located within very short distances to most service providers that one may need outside the hotel. Very quiet to enjoy one's sleep.
