The service was good room was clean it was quiet and comfortable I have no complaints and will book again

Window wouldn’t close completely. Air conditioner leaked leaving carpet soggy. Kitchen supplies meager, mismatched and not completely clean. No sponges supplied for washing kitchen items. Ice tray gross. Security poor … my room key had to be replaced multiple times when key card just stopped working and I was never asked to show ID when getting a new key card. No one ever came to room to clean or replace towels. Room was damp and towels never truly dried.

The front desk person was quite rude at check in. Had to wait in the entryway since it was very late but his answer when I rang was rude, like I bothered him. No personality at check in. Rude tone. Lobby smelled of ****. Hotel was very clean. Room was very clean except the bed sheets looked like they had not been changed so we used the extra set. The AC was set to 68 so it was freezing in the room and everything was damp. We turned the heat on to get it dried out. Bed was comfy. Bathroom clean. Bathroom floor and carpets were sticky. Not dirty, probably too much cleaner. Love the big room and great price! Overall it was a good stay and I recommend it! Bring from Madison, this is a great location!!

Clean room, friendly staff. The free breakfast was a disappointment because it was just coffee, oatmeal, muffins and granola bars. No eggs, bacons, or waffles like most places that advertise free breakfast.

Good value for the price. Breakfast was very minimal and the coffee was lukewarm at best. Room was clean and comfortable, but only one garbage can in the entire suite? (Bathroom—would have expected at least a second one in the kitchen or couch area for the size of the total space)

This place definitely needs to have more training for their employees at the front desk. The majority of them are rude and have no business working where there is customer interactions. My company has done work in the Madison area for the past 10 years and all of My coworkers and I have stayed here when we are doing work on the west side. The visit usually last 6-8 weeks with average of 6-8 rooms being purchased for the duration of the job. After this past stay myself and all of my coworkers will not stay here. Because of the piss poor attitudes and behavior of the front desk customer service they have lost any of our business. Also it seemed like there is never anyone working the front desk due to the looks of a nursery or a child care program they are running on the side or it’s being your children to work day every day there. Idk. But corporate, you definitely need to spend the money for a customer hospitality training course for your employees or you will continue to lose business.

The worker from the management all the way to our favorite housekeepers to the front desk are absolutely wonderful and very helpful and always willing to do anything to help me and my family.... Always positive and polite and very helpful to us.....

There were abandoned cars in the lot (smashed out windows, trashed not moving for multiple days), people were yelling in the middle of the day about domestic violence acts that were committed- this was right outside the lobby. However, the staff was awesome.
