The staff was great, the hotel though older looking outside, is nice inside. Great stay overall and probably one of the best hotel sleeps ive ever had.

Stay there every time we go the MCFTA for a performance. Close to the theater and close to dining options. Staff always friendly; clean rooms, good breakfast.

Staff was great! Professional, efficient and friendly! The stay was peaceful and enjoyable. Room was nice and clean. Swimming pool and hot tub were in need of some upkeep. The pool deck was dirty as well as pool and tub. Water was well chlorinated and looked clean. It didnt stop us from swimming, since everything else in the Hotel was SO SPARKLY CLEAN ! I felt like this was an oversight. I will definitely stay at Windham again!!

The Baymont in midland was wonderful, and so kind! Pool area very nice! Easy check in and out. I really enjoyed this hotel. I belive at hotels that staff members are the face of the building and these ladies made us feel so welcome. The place was decorated so cute for CHRISTmas too!

The person at the desk was rude and not helpful. Would not let me check in even though I booked the room, paid, and had the confirmation number in my email because it asked for additional guests names and I put my sister’s name. Since her name was on it only she could check in even though it was my reservation.
