Perfect getaway. The resort had all the amenities needed. Loved the zen garden in the morning. Live breakfast counter was chef Riya was excellent.

My colleague and I were late for lunch and the buffet had already shut. Mr. Dhiraj and his team comprising of Yogesh, Dhiraj, Akil, Ravinder, Anuj, Yayati chef Ritesh, Chef Jadhav went out of their way to arrange lunch for us and went out of their way to ensure we did not go back hungry. Very grateful for their efforts and exemplary service.

It's one of the best properties I have seen and experienced all over the world. The ambience, rooms, food, treatment, dining and overall feelings create positive vibes. The peace and tranquility is just incomparable. The sounds of the flute early morning, evening and at the dining area give you a soothing feel of the atmosphere

We stayed at this hotel for 1 night as we came from Shirdi and wanted to visit Trimbakeshwar Shiva Temple. As we entered the hotel, We were welcomed with Welcome Dinks and a Tulsi Mala. The staff were really welcoming and kind. Our room was at the 2nd floor. The room was spacious and was clean. The furniture has some cracks on them. The bed was comfortable and clean. The pillows were good but had some stains (like coffee) on them. The bed also had some coffee spills but the bathroom was really clean and hygienic and has some toiletries. The room has a thermostat. The TV was also great and functions properly. They also provided a desk with a comfortable office chair and a desk lamp. The room also came with two pencils and paper's. Overall, the room was neat and tidy, with only minor renovations needed. I am sure they would have changed our room if we asked for (because of the stains on the bed), but we didn't bother to as it was only a night's stay. The restaurant was clean and had ***y items to choose from. We tried breakfast and dinner. You can either order or eat from the buffet. The buffet (Breakfast) was good with ***y options to choose from. Dinner was also great. We didn't try the amenities as we reached the hotel late and left early in the morning. Overall, the hotel is great, food was fantastic, only the room needs some minor renovations.

Staff is very co-operative, had lots of fun. my family was very happy with food hotel stay. we took lots of good memory ***** with us.

There were few missis by the staff but once highlighted they did take at most care. The hotel was full and overcrowded but they ***aged to take a good care of the guests. Ambience was awesome and staff was very polite. Enjoyed the stay and would plan a visit again.

Our stay at The Gateway Ambad was amazing. Everything was perfect. Starting from the welcome drink to a warm welcome with Tulasi Mala, the super courteous reception desk executive's check in process to the guidance provided for things to do at Nasik. Rooms are super luxurious, comfortable, clean, hygienic and finely finished with premium quality. Sumptuous breakfast was the highlight of the day.

Very unprofessional experience dealing with the Reservation person. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. Despite repeated requests to allow me to use the Taj Epicure membership voucher to upgrade my room, she refused to listen and kept repeating that the voucher could only be used when we reached the hotel. I gave her an example of other Taj hotels where an upgrade was confirmed on a Voucher, a month ago, but she refused. Only after I wanted to speak to the property ***ager and complain about her behaviour, she confirmed the upgrade. This showed she was only trying to harass us for no reason
