酒店入住時間是下午三點，我們上午九點到的，前台幫我們提前入住，服務很好

The hotel is close to a large nice shopping area which is very convenient. There is also a Starbucks right outside the hotel for when you need to wake up early and start driving asap. The hotel was very clean and well kept. The only issue I encountered was the lady that helped me out at the counter. She wasn’t very friendly at all. That always takes away from the experience. Other than that everything went smooth.

It is safe to stay and that is why we always choose this hotel. Unfortunately this time the toilet would not flush with the button. My husband had to take the top off. Also the heater was not working. We notified the front desk and they sent someone up but did not fix the problem nor they gave us some kind of discount. Too tired to argue.

Breakfast was excellent, check inn was great, but the bathroom was smell so bad from the drainage, also they don’t have hand towels, and small towels for shower.😟😟
