Everyone is friendly

Security monitoring parking premises was great, receptionist checked in promptly, check out was quick. Room clean and with working air conditioning. Water for warm shower wasn't working or handles not functioning but with running water. We weren't told there's a pool or dining - didn't have the chance to experience either but looked appealing. Would book this location again.

It was just okay, staff was nice, friendly & professional. Parking is small inside and few on outside of hotel, security on premises it seems all the time. Central to shops/restaurants & very close to beach/boardwalk and walking distance to la plaza de toros. Rooms were outdated in need of work, but had a/c and smart tv. It was clean and didnt smell funny....

The parking was bad to small not a lot of space,too expensive for supposed luxury.

Everything was good, the traffic noise at night, is the only thing I dislike.

I liked how close to the beach this place was and I liked how close it was to many restaurants.

Is better to spend little bit more in a good hotel because is about the same price

Not enought parking space inside the property. Parking outside property not safe. Noisy at night, wall pealing, Jacuzzi did not work, no coffee on the second day in the room, no cover under the door that any small animal can get in, curtains too thin and Breakfast was not good.

Nice place to stay not too much not to little and near everything in Playas.
