ウェルカムサービスは素晴らしかったですが、ルームサービスは少し正確ではありませんでした。快適な構造と最高のロケーション。一流の食べ物と飲み物。

そうだった。初日から非常に悪い経験をしました。trip .com国際電話に20分以上電話し、他のホテルに転送するか、1泊分の料金を請求して2泊分の返金をするように頼みました。ホテルとも話しましたが、trip .comは誰も気にしませんでした。ホテルもあったので、イン22と私たちの23をチェックしたので、2泊分の料金がかかりましたが、ホテルには滞在しませんでした。非常に古いホテルで、ジルのようなバルコニーの後ろの景色はありませんでした 今後の旅行でも引き続き利用してほしい場合は、2泊分の返金をお願いします

Good location and be easy to visit key point view , but hotel service is not good that take me disappointed. Might choose another one near the location if come here again .

Super bad hotel

房間很好，乾淨衞生。早餐也不錯，酒店位置優越，就在廣場附近，離所有景點都很近。酒店有停車場，而且免費。

위치는 최고이고 시설및 아침식사도 좋았음. 프론트 서비스는 평범했습니다. 좀더 친절하게 안내했으면 더 좋았을꺼 같습니다

位置第一，0環以內； 但是，除了有歷史，啥也沒有 沒有拖鞋 沒有牙刷 沒有瓶裝水 沒有熱水器 體驗了一碗，第二天感覺換酒店 比較無語

這個酒店位置非常好，周邊的景點很多，包括阿爾巴尼亞國家歷史博物館、文化宮等。很遺憾的是，酒店設施比較老。

地理位置特別好

全体的には少し古いが良い施設です。 大きなスーツケース95ℓを広げるには多少場所が狭いのとシャワーが上部固定式なので少し使いずらかったです。

スタッフが良かった。

Pillows was terrible smelling and old ,beds are uncomfortable ..reception officers not kind , not careful about the customer communication , information and not helpful..when ı asked to call taxi she said me call my taxi 😒so far no front desk officer had recommend me to call taxi myself . the only good thing is wiev scanderia square by very dirty windows .. so it was disappointed expeirence

Great accommodation experience, good service. But the bathroom is small.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was very good. Great value for money and the staff were very attentive. However, the big thing about the hotel is it's amazing location. Not only did our room overlook Skanderbeg Square, but the breakfast balcony did as well, and we had the added benefit of hearing the call to prayer each morning.
