This is a very good place to stay access to shopping centres and nice and quiet spacious room and amenities are provided everything is in the room. Really appreciated our stay.

Great location - has onsite parking (payable) for ease. Good Studio room, unexpected touches like pillow menu, leaving notes on how to request additional towels etc when room was marked 'Do not Disturb'. Which was a nice touch Great choice for Canberra

Very happy with our 4 night stay. As a polyamorous trio we booked the accessible apartment option to have access to a king bed for 3 people, that type of room ended up being double booked across the several booking apps but earlier on the day of arrival they informed us and we were happy to take an apartment with a balcony on the 4th floor with the bed setup we wanted. Quite a nice room, friendly staff and conveniently located. Will stay again for any future trips to see family in Canberra.

Not that clean. It's ok. TV doesn't connect even though it has an option to. Staff leave early and no phones to call reception. I didn't get a WiFi password I had to ask the lady next door because reception closed right after I checked in. It's not too bad. All I needed was a bed and a bathroom but I can't say it was clean. It was just tidy, at least the sheets were clean. Carpet was definitely not. Also, blinds in bathroom are broken.

ホテルはとても良いです、2ヶ月間滞在しました。ガンガーリンの生活はとても便利で、近くのコールズ、アルディ、ウールワース、バニングスウェアハウス、Kmart、BigWスーパーマーケット、ショッピングは便利です。ライトレールと便利な交通機関もあります。アヒル、コクチョウ、美しい自然の風景が広がる湖もあります。ここでガンガーリンが大好きです。留学してオーストラリアに移住する場合は、PTEテストを受けることができます。私は今PTEテストを受けようとしています。情報が必要な友達は私に連絡することができます、WeChattutehub。

Hotel is located perfectly in the city centre, right opposite Greyhound bus stop. The room is fully equipped. Even washing machine and drying here. Everything is comfortable. Highly recommend

Overall, our stay at Madison Apartments was pleasant once we finally got into the room. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed — from toiletries to kitchen essentials. The A/C wasn’t working properly at the time, but it wasn’t a big issue since the weather was cool. However, the check-in process was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I had called ahead to ask if we could check in just 30 minutes early as I wasn’t feeling well and needed to rest. Upon arriving around 1:35 pm, we were told the room wasn’t ready, which I completely understood since the official check-in time was 2 pm. But when we came back at 2:40 pm, the room was ”still not ready”. The receptionist asked us to wait another 30 minutes to an hour — we ended up waiting until almost 3:30 pm, and it was still not prepared. It was honestly a terrible start to our stay — being sick, exhausted, and having nowhere to rest while continuously being told “just a little longer.” The receptionist was kind and apologetic, but it was clear she wasn’t getting any real updates from housekeeping. It felt disorganised and unprofessional for an apartment of this standard. Breakfast was another letdown for $25 per person — very basic, with no hot food. Just bread, cereal, fruit in syrup, and some bakery items. The pancakes were the only saving grace. Coffee mix wasn’t good either. Once inside, though, the apartment itself made up for it — spacious, comfortable, and had everything you could need. It’s a nice place overall, but the check-in process seriously needs improvement.
