城崎温泉で歴史ある旅館を紹介してください。

Not sure where to start. This stay was like a dream. We booked a Traditional Superior Room with Garden View. The garden is so beautiful you sit by the view inside your room all day without getting bored of it. The koi fish was also very relaxing to watch. The room was HUGE it could easily fit 6 people in it. The shared onsens in the hotel were very nice, even better than the ones around town. The food was amazing. You typically get very traditional food in Kinosaki ryokans, the type that you dont know what it is, or how its made. In another ryokan, we probably ate 60% of the food and were not able to eat the rest as its too foreign for us. However in Nishimuraya, everything tasted 1000 times better. The food is really well made, and we enjoyed the traditional Japanese cuisine. Breakfast hall also had a very nice vibe too. For dinner, they served us a feast in our room, it was such a unique and luxurious experience The lobby also has a view of the garden and has a very relaxing atmosphere. 5 stars all the way.

さすがは Relais & Châteaux に加盟している老舗の日本旅館ですね。設備、食事、部屋、サービス、どれをとっても城崎温泉でトップクラスだと感じました。特に日本庭園と大浴場はとても気に入りましたし、素晴らしいサービスと食事ももちろん含まれます。残念ながら今回は松葉蟹の時期ではなかったことと、部屋が少しだけ古く感じられた点以外は完璧でした。

這是一間接近完美的温泉酒店！從城崎溫泉車站一出就有專人幫忙call酒店私家車接送到酒店！我訂的是自帶露天風呂的房間，可以隨時享受私人温泉真的很爽！由於入住當天正是我生日，酒店也非常貼心的安排了小禮物和祝賀酒給我，超讚！ 雖然房間一點也不便宜，但是酒店裏無論是環境，員工禮貌和服務，膳食，温泉體驗等也是非常好！以後我肯定會再來的，等我！

It’s a beautiful historical hotel. The traditional rooms are very large and offer views of the Japanese garden that is exquisite. The bathroom with the open air bath was stunning. I could have spent my entire day soaking in the wooden bath. The cuisine served in the room is to die for. The private bath in their sister hotel was very luxurious. The only detail I would change is to get rid of the ugly plastic shoes that you have to wear inside the hotel. Everything is so luxurious that plastic shoes do not belong to such a stunning place!

General impression: This is a super decent house with an excellent view of the kinosaki village. You could feel the management put lots of efforts to maintain the best comfort of every guest and the whole team operated under warm & effective process. While we are having breakfast or dinner in the dining area, their staff make a very efficient turn to change our yukata, towels, bottles of water, making up mattress on our room.That impressed us so much! Onsen quality: The onsen inside the house is well managed and run until mid night. We can go outside with the free pass of public onsens, but we also enjoy ourselves in the in-house onsen because of more accessories provided there. You can feel the onsen owner care about guests more than the public onsens outside. Dining experience: We enjoyed the half board experience for 2 nights, especially the 2nd night with the tajima beef sukiyaki. The flavors & taste feed us well. Though breakfast is a bit simple, but we could make up some room in our stomach to enjoy snacks or ice-cream in the village. My friend & I would definitely give 5 star rating to Yamamotoya, and will recommend our friends to visit you again.

初めて訪れましたが、普段見慣れない景色と趣ある街並みに圧倒されました。旅館の皆さんは常に気遣ってくださり、過ごしやすいように案内してくれました。出かける時の「行ってらっしゃいませ」とても素敵でまた帰ってきたくなる宿です。

ホテルの立地は最高で、入り口近くの柳の木々の下にある小さな橋は人気の写真撮影スポットです。私たちのホストは、日本で4ヶ月間働いていたというドイツ系日本人の男性で、流暢な英語を話し、とても親切で温かく迎えてくれました。ホテルの温泉は小さいですが、とても清潔なので、オープンしたらすぐに訪れることをお勧めします。唯一の欠点は、食事があまり普通ではなかったことです。

これまでで最高のホテル/リゾート体験でした。5人家族で旅行しただけでなく、荷物が全部で10個もあったのですが、とても重かったにもかかわらず、整理して部屋まで運んでくれました。必要なものや頼んだことすべてに対応していただき、とても親切でした。履いている靴を覚えていてくれたり、スリッパを用意してくれたり、食事の説明をしてくれたり、頼まなくても毛布を用意してくれたりと、細やかな気配りが、一生の思い出に刻まれています。私たちが快適に過ごせるよう、そして何よりも大切にしてくれたマネージャーに、この気持ちが伝われば幸いです。家族や友人にもぜひおすすめしたいホテルです。1000/10 S+++
