チェックインは12時からです。それより早くご希望の場合は30ドルをお支払いください。しかし、私たちが12時に着いたとしても、チェックインに30分もかかりました。悪夢のような、非常に長い時間です。フライトの後、私たちは疲れていて寝たかったのです。 レストランでは、食事が含まれていない場合はメニューから注文できます。 ホテル内にはスターバックスもあり、そこで軽食をとることもできます。 部屋は清潔で、バルコニーは小さいですが、部屋は広く、必要なものはすべて揃っています。

(Please note: we ended up having a FAMILY SUITE - ocean view (free upgrade because they were full). Not the Standard Family Room with City View, as is titled here.) We had a great time here. The room service menu is great and we ordered a lot from it and didn't leave the hotel - we chilled, looking at the wonderful view of the water/city side, and ate room service for all our meals.The staff are lovely and welcoming and the water view is nice. We were happy with our stay. The wall is really cute, with no painting, but a desert photo as a full-wall mural. I only stayed at non-smoking hotels during the rest of our UAE stay stay, except this one - I could smell cigarette smoke sometimes when in the toilet room. Must be the vents. The carpet could do with a removal and put wood instead, as it smelt a little smokey but not that noticeable and you don't have a balcony or window. Smoking in hotel rooms seems to be an option in the UAE, given booking options at many hotels in the UAE. Overall, I had a nice time here and would stay there again for a day or 2. We were there to be close to Dubai Airport for the next morning's flight.  Again, the staff were lovely. The sofa bed was comfortable for my son. Next door is a tall building being constructed, so you may hear some noise, depending on how close you are to that - just ask to be away from that side. We were literally on the end wall and closest to it and it wasn't a bother really. We were upgraded to a family suite, on the 16th of 17th floor! It was so roomy and fantastic. So many cupboards and space and you can completely shut the door in the adults room and the kids could be out on the double-bed sofa couch. 

The hotel is very nice and cozy, small hotel sort of boutique type. Has a nice pool and a great beach with a mountain view. It's located in the city making it great to experience the city have a walk on the corniche and dine at different places. Above all the staff is extremely helpful and pleasant to interact act with. My family loved it and thank the whole staff for a great stay there.

Overall a great hotel with great location and amenities. We were disappointed a little bit about drinking water bottles in our room that they can provide only one big water bottle per day and we had to call again and again to accept provided us some water!! Other than that, the pool was fantastic and the beach. Cleanliness of the hotel is something to highlight ❤️
