ホテルの場所は美しく、広い公園、土地、高い木、ホテルの建物は外のエレガントな歴史的な場所のようですが、この美しい場所で与えられた部屋は良くありません。私たちの最初の部屋は、フィールドのカウント、またはエンジンを見ていました。そこには音があり、景色はありませんでした。翌日、私の部屋はホテルの眺めの部屋がどうなっているかを見ませんでした。

The hotel at was located right on the main road, making it convenient for traveling to the city center. The staff were friendly and very accommodating. If I have the chance, I will definitely return.

モスタルでの素晴らしい宿泊施設でした。スタッフは本当に親切で、期待以上のサポートをしてくれました。部屋は広く、大きなテレビがありましたが、使わずに済んで申し訳ない気持ちになりました。モスタルの曲がりくねった橋のすぐそばという好立地で、レストランからの夜景も素晴らしかったです。このホテルを予約した理由の一つは、レストランの評判が高かったからですが、期待を裏切ることはありませんでした。料理は絶品で、今回の旅で最高の食事の一つでした。特にラム肉は絶品でした。モスタルで最高のレストラン、最高のホテルでした。唯一の残念な点は、もっと長く滞在しなかったことです。

Incredible hotel with very kind and welcoming staff. Nice and large rooms with an incredible view of the forest, a very unique experience. Would like to extend a thanks to Sanin for making the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and Mladen for serving us in the three times (!!!) we used the downstairs restaurant which had probably the best pizza I've ever had. I never use the restaurant in the hotel but this was seriously exceptional and had plenty of options. I ended up ordering Pizza Trebevic twice on two separate days. The breakfast options were good too. Special thanks also to Mellisa at the front desk who let us check out late because our flight was late in the evening and greeted us with nothing but kindness, and booked us taxis as we needed. The only problem you might have with the hotel is that the location is high up in the mountains. Cab drivers probably won't be very pleased to take you up easily and you will feel guilty that they drove so far for you. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere but the hikes around the area make it worth it. On the map it looks like it is not far from the main town but it is really far compared to other options. Go to this hotel if you intend to hike often but just bear in mind that you are high up in the mountains, far away from the old town center

Отель очень классный, нам понравился. Классная девушка на ресепшене, которая нам помогала во всём. В конце проживания мы попросили вызвать такси, нам тоже с этим помогли. Жили на 14 этаже, оттуда открываются классные виды на город (не прям сильно живописно, но горы классные 😍). Завтраки вкусные, много выбора всего: всегда были овощи, яйца (один раз омлет оказался сильно подгоревшим и ужасно невкусным), выпечка, свежие фрукты) Единственное, что не понравилось: на ресепшене при заселении нам сказали, что завтрак начинается с 6 утра. Нам нужно было рано уехать на экскурсию, поэтому мы пришли на завтрак к самому открытию (в 6:15). Было уже несколько блюд, но были выключены автоматы для кофе (следовательно, горячей воды для чая тоже не было). Ходила женщина и накрывала еду, я спросил у неё, можно ли налить хотя бы чай, она проигнорировала меня полностью, сделала недовольное лицо и ушла. В итоге мы остались без завтрака

Housekeeping was very disappointing. Although my late checkout was approved for an extra hour, my key card was deactivated at the original checkout time, leaving me showering in the dark. We paid for an Advantage Room with two single beds but were given a double bed instead. Breakfast was decent, but if you don’t get there early, don’t expect items on the buffet to be refilled once they’ve run out. Overall, the experience didn’t match the standard we expected.

Hotel service was very bad. Rooms were not clean. Although We asked slippers twice, they didnt bring. There was A construction going on nearby. It was so noisy. Absolutely awful experience – avoid at all costs! I’ve stayed in many places before, but this was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever been to. Some of the staff were incredibly rude and couldn’t care less about the guests. They acted like they were doing us a favor just by being there. The bathroom, especially the toilet, was unbelievably cramped and dirty – completely unacceptable. Honestly, this place doesn’t deserve a single star. It was a waste of money and time. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone – even walking past this hotel would ruin your day. Stay away! The only thing I can say positive was location.

The hotel is in the perfect location, scenic and near restaurants, shops etc. It is walking distance to old town and a lot of the sights, like the cable car, the wooden fountain, historical mosques, city hall, eternal flame, museums, markets, etc. The hotel is super clean and the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The room itself was huge, bed was very comfortable, bathroom was fantastic, you’re given toiletries and tea, coffee etc. Breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty, buffet style with a variety of juices and coffees/teas, ate so much! Used the sauna which is free and you book sessions with the reception staff. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay there again when I visit Sarajevo Bosnia again, loved it! We were in Mostar during the off season and the hotel staff Ms Lela was kind enough to upgrade our room since the room we booked was on the top floor and was very small. It would be quite difficult to carry a luggage up the stairs as they did not have any elevators and both my husband and I are over 60 yrs old. The other lady on duty, Ms Elma was also very helpful in helping us to arrange for a taxi in Mostar and transport to Sarajevo. The location was near the old town..easy access to walk to the old bridge. Near a big supermarket . I would recommend Sinan Han . They are scheduled for some upgrading works and additional rooms so maybe there would be a elevator installed for easy access to the rooms.
