Last times I stayed in Nam Dinh I used an international chain but was disappointed. This time I stayed here and it was an altogether much better experience. Fantastic service and comfortable large room with great room service menu. There breakfast was 1st class and can’t fault anything. 10/10

部屋はとても素敵で清潔で、全く問題ありませんでした。
スタッフはとても親切で、滞在中ずっと親身になってサポートしてくれます。
朝食は美味しくてボリュームたっぷりで、ダイナーサービスも利用させて頂きましたが、最高でした^^ メニューの種類も豊富で、サービスも迅速で素晴らしかったです。
ただ一つ残念なのは、レストランから少し離れていることです。個人的には、レストランを探しに歩き回るのは苦になりませんが、少し歩くのは気になりません。特に怖いところはなく、周りの人たちはとてもフレンドリーで笑顔が素敵です😅

リゾートは景色がとても素晴らしく、部屋は清潔で広々としており、バルコニーからは緑が見え、鳥のさえずりが聞こえます👍🏻🎈ミニゴルフ、屋内・屋外プールなどの施設も充実しています。スパ、子供用プレイルーム（少し狭いですが）、ビリヤード台、サッカーボードゲーム、自転車🚴🏻など、楽しめるアクティビティがたくさんあります！楽しい体験でした!! 家族旅行に最適な場所です!

部屋はとても広く、立地も非常に便利なので、宿泊料金は妥当だと思います。
ただし、以下の点についてご検討いただければ幸いです。
1) 朝食：質と種類を改善していただきたいです。
2) 部屋：ベッドサイドのコンセントが使えません。そのため、デスク下のコンセントで携帯電話を充電しなければなりませんでした。
3) スパ：営業時間を午後10時まで延長していただけると嬉しいです。

ホテルはとても清潔で快適で、朝食も種類が豊富です。ただ、道路側の高層階に住んでいると少しうるさいです。今回は友人が川に面した高層階に宿泊しました。車の騒音もほとんど無いと聞いたので、次回は川側の部屋をお願いしてみようと思います。全体的には良いホテルで、機会があればまた泊まりたいと思います。
この場所の欠点は、近くにショッピングショップや飲食店が少なすぎることです。より多くの選択肢を得るには、少なくとも10〜15分かかります。

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. They have delicious food as well that you can try at the 11th floor plus the bonus of swimming on the rooftop with topnotch view of the city. surely I will keep on coming back.

素晴らしいリゾートです。とても広い客室、美しいバー、スイミングプール、ジム、キッズプレイルーム、そして美味しい料理を提供する大きなレストランがあります。近くにはボート乗り場があり、バクディン寺院群まで車で30分、ムア洞窟まで車で15分です。スタッフ全員が素晴らしいおもてなしをしてくれます。周辺にはスーパーマーケット、レストラン、カフェがあり、治安も良好です。2階にも客室があります。家族連れ、友人同士、一人旅におすすめです。

Замечательная гостиница, в номере чисто, приятная, свежая мебель, много шкафов, все работает. Душ и ванная без посторонних запахов, место тихое, хоть и расположено возле дороги. Бассейн скрыт за пальмами. Завтраки вкусные и сытные. Персонал учтив и дружелюбен. Мы приехали рано утром в 6 утра, возможности заселить нас не было, но наши вещи взяли на хранение, как только номер освободился его убрали. Мы успели посетить экскурсию, вернулись к 12:00 и нас заселили. Фото номеров соответствует действительности. Есть парковка с видеонаблюдением.

誰かがこの場所を考えているなら、私はサービス5/5を提供したいと思います。オーナーはとても親切で親切で、朝食は素晴らしい味がします。バス停に行くためのグラブやタクシーを見つけることができず、バスの時間はほとんどありましたが、素晴らしいオーナーはバイクを持ってきて、2つの荷物と2人を置き、文字通りバス停まで車で行きました救命士。Uの人はそれをチェックする必要があります。😊

ゲゲストThis is a heartwarming story of a lost and found.
This trip itinerary covered three places:
Hanoi --＞ Ninh Binh (2.5-hour drive)
Ninh Binh --＞ Ha Long (3-hour drive)
Ha Long --＞ Hanoi Airport (2-hour drive)
For two nights in Ninh Binh, I stayed at a place called ”Mai Luxury Hotel.”
Judging by the name, it sounds grand,
but in reality, it was more like
a family-run, small-scale single-building guesthouse.
However, the room was of 4-star hotel quality,
so it was acceptable.
After checking out,
I had been on the way to Ha Long for about two hours when
I realized I had left my Insta 360 camera in the hotel lobby.
Knowing there was no way to go back and get it,
I had to wait until I arrived in Ha Long before calling Mai Luxury Hotel.
After confirming with them that I had indeed left it at the hotel,
we started looking for a solution.
Initially, they followed me on IG
(their hotel IG only had 4 followers).
We chatted via DM, and then they added me on WhatsApp to discuss.
Originally, they wanted to find a driver that very evening
to bring it to my hotel in Ha Long Bay.
But because it was a holiday, they couldn't find a driver.
Later, they found out I would be leaving Vietnam the next day,
so they started looking for any drivers heading to the airport the following day.
Not long after,
they actually found a driver.
They even sent me the driver's and vehicle's details.
They also said they had already wrapped it up securely.
At this point,
I was inclined to believe they genuinely intended to return it.
However, if the driver turned out to be dishonest, it could still go missing.
On the final day,
I arrived at the airport around 1 PM and received a message from the driver.
After that, I didn't hear from him again.
I grew increasingly anxious inside,
thinking maybe he was still driving?
Or perhaps he had already kept the camera for himself.
Around 4 PM, I finally received a call from the driver.
He even captured a photo of my anxious expression while waiting for him.
As previously arranged with the hotel,
I was to pay him 500,000 VND (about 150 HKD).
At that moment, the driver actually handed me back 200,000 VND.
Before I could react, he had already gotten back in his car and left.
When I looked at the returned item, I could hardly believe it!
The hotel had used a ”Happy New Year” bag
to hold a ”Happy New Year” box.
Upon opening the box, the camera was wrapped in cloth.
The level of care and thoughtfulness was truly perfect.
The feeling of joy from recovering something lost is truly
indescribable.
Of course, I wouldn't dare say that everyone in Vietnam is good,
but at least on this trip,
whether it was the hotpot restaurant owner, the tour guide on the boat, or the hotel staff,
they all made me feel
the warmth and kindness of the local people.

ゲゲストSuper süßes und neues Hotel. Wir waren nach Renovierung die ersten Gäste. Es wurde uns jeder Wunsch erfüllt und sich um uns gekümmert.
Empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall weiter und würden sofort wieder her kommen.
Da es etwas außerhalb liegt, ist ein Roller zur Fortbewegung sehr sinnvoll, diesen kann man direkt im Hotel mieten. Landschaft drum herum ist wunderschön.

:改善されたクリアパウダーとクリーングローブ、私は部屋のクリアについて話しています。毎晩、私たちは部屋で少なくとも2枚(洗濯物の後ろの穴から出てくるかもしれません)、私たちは正面にあります(しかし他の3歳の男の子は問題ありません)、脂肪が2つしかなく、洗濯はありません。説明ではマイクロ冷蔵庫について言及されているが、実際には部屋がなく、ウェブサイトには建物に属さないプールの写真がある。
価格に対して、彼はとてもいいです。

ゲゲストホテルの方が非常に優しく、とても助かりました。
朝早く到着したにも関わらず、チェックインができ、仮眠をとることができました。また、予約したバスが来ず困っていた時にホテルの方がバス会社に連絡してくださり、無事乗ることができました。非常に感謝しています。朝ごはんもフルーツたっぷりで美味しかったです。ありがとうございました。

SSerene Methias3~4 May 2026 - 4 Pax 1N Narci Resort Tam Coc. Hotel Manager Jenny sent me a WhatsApp message on 2nd May to welcome us and offered her assistance to arrange for private transport & local tour etc.. Am pleased with the extended service provided by the hotel staff. Since I've yet to find a private driver, she helped to arrange for 2-way transport, pick-up from Hanoi hotel ＞ Narci Resort ＞ Hanoi International Airport (reasonable fees). We arrived at Tam Coc around 1pm, dropped the luggage at the hotel & visited Bai Dinh Pagoda. Checked-in the hotel around 9pm. A modern & beautiful resort opened Feb 2026. To our surprise, our 3x Deluxe Garden Rooms were in different villas & all on level 2 without elevator. My mom age 80 were unhappy as she couldn't climb the stairs & my sisters age 60 & 67 were unhappy that we were separated by different villas. Fortunately, there are 2x Executive Garden Rooms on the ground floor were available but one of the room has smell. So, we decided to pay additional fee for upgrade of 1x Deluxe ＞ 1x Executive + 1x FOC extra bed (3 pax), the other sister stayed the level 2 Deluxe Room. Hotel breakfast spread is good & food is delicious. Overall, we were very happy with the hotel rooms & staff service. Would suggest the hotel to state there is no elevator for Deluxe Garden Room (level 2), so that guests who are unable to climb the stairs will select either the ground floor Executive Garden Room or the Tower Standard Rooms with elevator.

LLouieJayThe room I stayed in was good, clean and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location is excellent, being close to Bai Dinh Temple and the Trang An river tour, which made exploring very convenient. The property itself is wonderfully peaceful, surrounded by nature and perfect for relaxing away from busy areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout, always happy to help. There was also a very cute dog on-site, which added a lovely, homely touch. Overall, it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay that I would recommend.

総じて、ニンビンの美しさを満喫したい方には、このヴィラは最高の選択肢の一つと言えるでしょう。心からお勧めしますし、ぜひまた訪れたいと思っています！

ゲゲストEverything was perfect!!! The owner went beyond to make our stay the best as possible! We could check in early and also leave our luggage there until the bus trip time on our check out day. The room was very spacious and spotless clean, equipped with an amazing hot shower, a TV, hair-dryer, kettle, mini fridge and a very comfy bed. The breakfast was also great with an amazing Vietnamese style coffee. Location was also perfect and close to the main street and the river in Tam Coc but also in a quiet location... Everything walkable. The owner also rent motorbikes or bicycles for a good price. WiFi worked perfectly throughout our stay. We also had a beautiful view from our room on level 3. It's a local family owned Hotel, just perfect to learn about the beautiful Vietnamese culture.
