It is clean but because it is mixed dorm, the floor is kind messy with a lot of luggages the other, but do not affect if you don’t mind the ventilation is not going that well.

Great location. 100m to main town and jetties. Friendly staff, Ju. Will come again on next trip. Got hot shower. External water pump. Free laundry. Free and simple breakfast (fried mee, local kueh (dessert) and bread and butter) Value for money hostel.

Overall, my experience was positive. The bed and mattress were clean, and the common areas were well-maintained. I appreciated having access to hot water for showers at any time, as well as both hot and cold water available. Additionally, there was an unlimited supply of coffee and tea throughout the day.

It was a pleasure stay, if you're looking for a place to sleep or rest for the night before continuing yr journey the next day, this the best option for ya. If u don't mind the sharing bathroom or mixed room that is, but its part of the journey. Has a small kitchen for u to prepare yr meal etc, and a living room where u can eat or hang out. I like the balcony being accessible by the guests too, can hang out my wet towel n clothes. Overall great experience, definitely worth booking again in the future

Nice place, clean and safe in a good location, although the street is busy during the day it is not loud. The staff was friendly and always available,easily booked trips to the islands and Shuttle to the airport. Great value for money,would stay again.

I booked a room with a window but was given a room without a window. However, overall is ok.

これは私が今まで泊まった中で最も清潔なホテルです。シービューの部屋は素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。パシフィックプラザの隣にあり、セントラルマーケットからわずか数百メートルです。フロントの女性はとても便利です。デスクは中国語が流暢で、とても熱心です。次回来るときは、必ずコタキナバルに戻ってきます。

good homestay… clean and good location.. just the room wasnt so sound proof, i can hear ppl talking clearly from my room.. other than tat all good

Good location. Nice place to stay. Nearby to everything you want. Center of city Kota Kinabalu. Walking distance to attraction place. Nice staff Aisen. Will come back again.
