Beautiful place to stay. The staff are so nice and helpful. Breakfast is great especially the handmade dumplings noodles. The village is super cute and it’s a short walk into town.

Great hotel. Didn't expect to get a good hotel at the promo price. The room is provided with smart gadget. Facilities is up to standard and the bed is so fluffy. Gotta good sleep when having a long journey. I checked in quite late at night and the front desk receptionist is very helpful. She even help me to carry my parcel to the hotel room floor. Extra point for human touch service. For hot spring, don't put expectation. It is just a indoor swimming pool concept. But it is free for hotel stayed guest.

Their customer service was very good especially for foreigners like us who did not have a Chinese local number. They will assign one person in charge for us. And if we want to play the activity, we just need to inform the PIC. He/she will send U the tickets/ QR code, if face any questions, can also drop message via WeChat. PIC will reply within the shortest time. Under the food district section, there are few nice restaurants. You can ask them to recommend their local food too. You can enjoy using clubmed onsen too. Advice to go earlier if you wish to shower and use their hair dryer.
I would like to compliment our PIC '晚風'. His service is very good. Response to use very quick and he did something that touches our heart. Something happened inside our room and the technician guy had resolved.. We just gave feedback to him and although he is on his off day, he still gets his team to prepare something for us as a compensation. We did not expect this.
