日本岐阜県の温泉ホテル

温泉施設がとても良く、食後には無料のアイスキャンディーや甘味も楽しめました。 施設はこぢんまりとしていますが、ロビーやレストランはとても居心地が良く、ゆったり過ごせます。駅からも徒歩2～4分と近く、レストランも周辺にたくさんあります。 ただ、お店の営業時間は午前9時から午後10時までで、中には午後8時頃には閉まってしまう店も多いのが少し残念でした。

野沢温泉バスターミナルから徒歩3分という、とても便利な立地です。 内装は日本の美意識が感じられるデザインで、各部屋が異なる日本の文化をテーマにしているのが素敵でした。 スタッフの方々も非常にフレンドリーで親切で、サービスレベルに一切不満はありません。

メルキュール飛騨高山、大満足でした！部屋は広くて清潔感があり、コスパも最高です。設備も新しくて充実しており、静かで快適な環境でした。サービスも温かく丁寧で、フロントの英語も流暢でした。駅や古い町並みにも近く、立地も便利です。全体的に期待以上で、次回高山を訪れる際もここに泊まりたいです！

May 15-16, 2024 From the moment we saw photos of this special place on the internet, we knew we had to stay here! The natural rock onsen baths caught our imagination - and our stay was wonderful beyond expectations! The resort is located in a forested valley is stunning, next to a rushing river. Natural mountain hot spring water is channeled into 7 lovely outdoor onsen baths, as well as ensuite baths. The facility is beautifully designed with gardens and multi-level suites, with each of the levels looking out to the river, with plenty of seating to enjoy the relaxing and lovely views. We were treated with limitless thoughtful hospitality from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left - in fact, one of our group kept commenting ”the y[the staff] must think we're really special!”. The suite was beautifully appointed with tatami mats, traditional Japanese decor, comfortable beds, yukata and slippers are provided along with tabi socks and plenty of clean linens. Our suite had its own private onsen bath encircled by natural stones, and constantly running hot spring water. Such a contrast to water-parched California and even Hawaii where we're from! The outdoor onsens are open all night, for viewing of the starry night sky. The kaiseki dinner was exceptional, with many many delicious small plates, each exquisitely prepared and presented - a petite, freshly caught local fish was skewered as if swimming and roasted in a salt shell. Utterly delicious! In the morning, after a similarly wonderful breakfast, we experienced a mochi-pounding session with the hotel staff and guests joining in - lots of fun - photos were provided! Transportation - It was a challenge figuring out how to get to this place - finally, we had a Japanese-speaking hotel clerk call the resort, and got instructions for the 1-hour bus ride from Takayama bus station to Shinhotaka Onsen / Nakao Kou-gen-guchi. There are buses running every hour! We walked to the resort from the bus stop when we arrived, and a shuttle van to the bus stop was thoughtfully provided by the resort when we left. ホテルはとても良かったです。部屋はどちらかというと日本式の部屋で、朝食は普通でしたが美味しかったです。夜には無料のラーメンがあり、それが特においしかったです。プライベート温泉も綺麗で快適でした。

名古屋からバスで来たのですが、ホテルは濃飛バスセンターから非常に近く、立地はとても便利です。味蔵天国（飛騨牛）もすぐ近くで、どちらも歩いて3分ほどの距離でした。 部屋は少し狭く感じました。スーペリアツインルームは最大3名まで宿泊できるはずですが、2人で泊まるにはスペースが少しもったいない気がしました。ホテルの清掃サービスは最低限で、タオル交換とゴミ捨てはありましたが、それで十分です。 2階では飲み物を飲んで休憩できます。大浴場は利用しませんでしたが、足湯に浸かってみたら、ちょうど誰もいなくてとても気持ちよかったです。

サービスが素晴らしい温泉ホテル 湯之島館は、日本の天皇も宿泊されたことのある温泉ホテルです。ホテルは山の上にありますが、送迎サービスがあり、JR駅の改札を出てすぐ右手に送迎車が見えます。10分ほどで到着し、非常に便利です。 ホテルは10階建て以上あり、ロビーに到着するとまずスリッパに履き替え、靴は預けます。外出時にはスタッフが靴を出してくれます。荷物は専用のスタッフが部屋まで運んでくれます。部屋に案内される前に好きな浴衣を選び、簡単なホテル施設の説明を受けます。 今回は露天風呂付きの部屋に宿泊しましたが、スペースがとても広く、荷物置き場のある玄関、クローゼット、トイレ、お風呂、寝室/リビング、お茶を飲むための小部屋がありました。ホテルにはアメニティとスキンケア用品が備え付けられています。夜にはスタッフが事前に布団を敷いてくれます。ホテルでは、1回無料の貸切温泉と、予約不要の温泉、足湯を利用できます。足湯の隣にはエンターテイメントエリアがあり、囲碁やジェンガ、ビリヤード室もあります（利用前にスタッフに要確認）。展望台は室内で、下呂の景色を一望できます。ロビーにはお土産コーナーもあり、買い物に便利です。 ホテル内には季節の植物があり、桜や紅葉を楽しめます。朝食と有料の夕食は非常に豪華で美味しかったです。スタッフの態度は丁寧でした。2泊して、ゆっくり温泉を楽しむことをお勧めします。

旅館はバス停から2km離れていますが、15時以降の送迎、午前中の11時までの送迎と、頻繁な無料の小型ミニバン送迎で距離は全く気になりません。とても便利です。 部屋は広く、4人向けに設計されているようでした。特に、好きな詰め物の枕を選べるのは嬉しかったです。些細なことですが、心地よいサービスでした。バスルームにはたくさんのスキンケア用品があり、1階ではヘアゴムやコットンパッドも追加でいただけます。シャワールームは小さいながらも機能的です。部屋は静かで、窓を開けて川のせせらぎを楽しむことができ、とても趣がありました。 プライベート温泉にも入ることができました（順番待ちでしたが）。シャワーとドライヤーがないのは不便でしたが、スタッフから「シャワーは部屋で済ませてから入るように」と事前に説明がありました。浴槽自体は小さく、露天風呂です。重要：公共の温泉はタトゥーのある方は利用できません。 温泉の後にはアイスクリームと米麹の飲み物が提供され、リフレッシュできる締めくくりでした。 チェックイン時には、ウェルカムドリンクとして冷たいお茶と和菓子をいただきました。旅館との素敵な出会いの始まりです。 ラウンジも利用しました（料金は1100円）。こぢんまりとしていますが、利用者が少なかったので、居心地が良かったです。ラウンジではビール、ハイボール、ソフトドリンク、軽食が提供され、夜には無料の軽いラーメンもありました。 朝食は懐石料理を選びました（チェックイン時に時間を予約します）。朝食は軽くて美味しかったです。ご飯、味噌汁、魚、野菜、ヨーグルト。飲み物はリンゴジュースとお茶でした。食後には乳酸菌飲料も提供され、日本の消化ケアですね！ 全体的に、細部への配慮、落ち着いた雰囲気、そしてお客様への敬意が感じられる、本格的な日本の体験でした。

今回私達夫婦と従姉妹夫婦達と利用させて頂きました。 まず契約で下呂駅からホテルまでタクシーが無料で乗ってホテルまで行けると言うサービス(シャトルバスが無い時間帯)に良い意味で驚きました。 あと従姉妹夫婦も一緒に泊まると言う事で、後で予約をし、お部屋希望(なるべく近くにして頂くと言う希望)を伝えた所、全てのお部屋を隣同士にして頂きました。 一つだけ従姉妹のお部屋のお手洗いの換気扇が壊れていて色々お部屋を変える事も提案して頂いたりしましたが、結局元のお部屋で良いとなり、色々お手数おかけしました。

There are several great things about this ryokan 1) Best of all is the hida beef kaiseki dinner - its truly hida beef (they displayed certifications and it taste different from normal beef) in great quantity per person - which also in turn makes the ryokan cost very economical 2) Location is easily accessible by both public transport and if you are driving they have ample parking space 3) A lot of free amenities - free snack bar, free non-alcoholic drink bar, free sake to drink while soaking in the onsen at 7-9pm, private outdoor baths are free to use (first come first serve, reservation is not needed), free kids toys and board games to borrow (this last one i have never seen before in all the 10+ ryokan I have stayed in) But it also comes with some downsides that we have not encountered before in previous ryokan stays 1) slimy mold floors in some of the outdoor baths 2) multiple floating things in the outdoor baths - not too sure which one is minerals or dead insects (could be because we came in late spring/early summer 3) strong pee stench in the toilet in our room (to be fair we also did not provide feedback due to language barrier and the fact the service staff are all very sweet) This is also the first onsen town we have been in where the damages from covid was very obvious - along the street there were multiple abandoned hotel buildings that to us scream “bankruptcy”. So perhaps with that context, a few of these downsides are understandable Overall not a bad stay but would only recommend to less fussy travellers
