日本岐阜県の温泉ホテル

駅から徒歩5分のホテルです。スタッフはとても親切で、どんな質問にも答えてくれました。レストランの食事は種類が豊富で、地元の料理の選択肢も多く、夜には無料で甘いスープか塩辛いスープが選べます。温泉は9階にあり、男女別で、とても清潔で気持ち良く利用できました。大人2名と3歳の子供1名で部屋は十分な広さでした。テレビ画面には利用可能な情報がすべて表示され、温泉の混雑状況も確認できました。唯一のマイナス点は乾燥機で、2回回しても完全に乾かない洗濯物がありました。

ホテルは新しくて、バルコニーが付いていて嬉しい驚きでした！バスルームは日本の一般的なホテルと同じような内装でした。フロントには中国語が話せるスタッフがいて、荷物の預け入れや引き取りもスムーズでした。屋上の温泉は一人400円の入湯税がかかります。隣の「味蔵」は満席で入れませんでしたが、「丸明」もとても美味しかったです。高山は訪れる価値のある街ですよ。

May 15-16, 2024 From the moment we saw photos of this special place on the internet, we knew we had to stay here! The natural rock onsen baths caught our imagination - and our stay was wonderful beyond expectations! The resort is located in a forested valley is stunning, next to a rushing river. Natural mountain hot spring water is channeled into 7 lovely outdoor onsen baths, as well as ensuite baths. The facility is beautifully designed with gardens and multi-level suites, with each of the levels looking out to the river, with plenty of seating to enjoy the relaxing and lovely views. We were treated with limitless thoughtful hospitality from the moment we arrived, to the moment we left - in fact, one of our group kept commenting ”the y[the staff] must think we're really special!”. The suite was beautifully appointed with tatami mats, traditional Japanese decor, comfortable beds, yukata and slippers are provided along with tabi socks and plenty of clean linens. Our suite had its own private onsen bath encircled by natural stones, and constantly running hot spring water. Such a contrast to water-parched California and even Hawaii where we're from! The outdoor onsens are open all night, for viewing of the starry night sky. The kaiseki dinner was exceptional, with many many delicious small plates, each exquisitely prepared and presented - a petite, freshly caught local fish was skewered as if swimming and roasted in a salt shell. Utterly delicious! In the morning, after a similarly wonderful breakfast, we experienced a mochi-pounding session with the hotel staff and guests joining in - lots of fun - photos were provided! Transportation - It was a challenge figuring out how to get to this place - finally, we had a Japanese-speaking hotel clerk call the resort, and got instructions for the 1-hour bus ride from Takayama bus station to Shinhotaka Onsen / Nakao Kou-gen-guchi. There are buses running every hour! We walked to the resort from the bus stop when we arrived, and a shuttle van to the bus stop was thoughtfully provided by the resort when we left. 外人の旅行客が多く、驚いた。設備も綺麗で廊下や部屋も畳み敷でくつろげた。畳敷のベットは高くなくピッタリだと感じた。大浴場からの景色も良くロケーションも駅から近く係員も親切で外人が多いせいか皆、英語など話してた。 早めにチェックインして風呂に入れば良かったと思った。 朝食も種類が多く、また夜鳴きそばもあり満足した。

駅前なのに露天風呂まであって、露天風呂のお庭がすごくきれいにお手入れされていました。 高山らしいインテリアが素敵でした。 夜は外で食事しようと思い夕食なしにしましたが、高山はお店が少なくどこも混んでいるので、ビュッフェの夕食にすればよかったと後悔しました。 部屋のヘアケア、ドライヤー、シャワーヘッドもReFaなのが嬉しかった。 最上階のラウンジも素敵で景色を見ながらくつろげました。

1931年創業と伺いましたが、築年数を感じさせないほど清潔で綺麗でした！初めて体験する神秘的で居心地の良い雰囲気に、従業員の方々も皆さん親切です。車で出発する際に手を振って見送ってくれた従業員の方の姿が心に残っています。部屋の露天風呂も良かったですが、大浴場は本当に最高でした！下呂温泉地域は初めて訪れましたが、日本で行った温泉の中で水質が一番だと思います。肌が本当に良くなり、住みたいと感じるほどでした。水質のためにまた訪れたい場所です :) ありがとうございました！

旅館はバス停から2km離れていますが、15時以降の送迎、午前中の11時までの送迎と、頻繁な無料の小型ミニバン送迎で距離は全く気になりません。とても便利です。 部屋は広く、4人向けに設計されているようでした。特に、好きな詰め物の枕を選べるのは嬉しかったです。些細なことですが、心地よいサービスでした。バスルームにはたくさんのスキンケア用品があり、1階ではヘアゴムやコットンパッドも追加でいただけます。シャワールームは小さいながらも機能的です。部屋は静かで、窓を開けて川のせせらぎを楽しむことができ、とても趣がありました。 プライベート温泉にも入ることができました（順番待ちでしたが）。シャワーとドライヤーがないのは不便でしたが、スタッフから「シャワーは部屋で済ませてから入るように」と事前に説明がありました。浴槽自体は小さく、露天風呂です。重要：公共の温泉はタトゥーのある方は利用できません。 温泉の後にはアイスクリームと米麹の飲み物が提供され、リフレッシュできる締めくくりでした。 チェックイン時には、ウェルカムドリンクとして冷たいお茶と和菓子をいただきました。旅館との素敵な出会いの始まりです。 ラウンジも利用しました（料金は1100円）。こぢんまりとしていますが、利用者が少なかったので、居心地が良かったです。ラウンジではビール、ハイボール、ソフトドリンク、軽食が提供され、夜には無料の軽いラーメンもありました。 朝食は懐石料理を選びました（チェックイン時に時間を予約します）。朝食は軽くて美味しかったです。ご飯、味噌汁、魚、野菜、ヨーグルト。飲み物はリンゴジュースとお茶でした。食後には乳酸菌飲料も提供され、日本の消化ケアですね！ 全体的に、細部への配慮、落ち着いた雰囲気、そしてお客様への敬意が感じられる、本格的な日本の体験でした。

バイクで平日素泊まり喫煙部屋の格安で宿泊、バイクは屋根付きの場所に置かせてくれます、受付後15時から部屋に入れます、和室の部屋で作りは古いですが清潔で広いです、アメニティはフロント横にまとめて置いてあります、露天風呂はほぼ24時間入れます、他の宿と比較して快適なので、この価格で泊まれるならまた利用したいと思います。

There are several great things about this ryokan 1) Best of all is the hida beef kaiseki dinner - its truly hida beef (they displayed certifications and it taste different from normal beef) in great quantity per person - which also in turn makes the ryokan cost very economical 2) Location is easily accessible by both public transport and if you are driving they have ample parking space 3) A lot of free amenities - free snack bar, free non-alcoholic drink bar, free sake to drink while soaking in the onsen at 7-9pm, private outdoor baths are free to use (first come first serve, reservation is not needed), free kids toys and board games to borrow (this last one i have never seen before in all the 10+ ryokan I have stayed in) But it also comes with some downsides that we have not encountered before in previous ryokan stays 1) slimy mold floors in some of the outdoor baths 2) multiple floating things in the outdoor baths - not too sure which one is minerals or dead insects (could be because we came in late spring/early summer 3) strong pee stench in the toilet in our room (to be fair we also did not provide feedback due to language barrier and the fact the service staff are all very sweet) This is also the first onsen town we have been in where the damages from covid was very obvious - along the street there were multiple abandoned hotel buildings that to us scream “bankruptcy”. So perhaps with that context, a few of these downsides are understandable Overall not a bad stay but would only recommend to less fussy travellers

温泉はとても気持ち良かったのですが、食事が本当に残念でした。一泊二食付きの夕食は懐石料理のように品数が多かったのですが、味はごく普通で、組み合わせもなんだか変でした。宿泊は良いですが、ここでの食事はおすすめしません。中にあるUFOキャッチャーは、全く取れませんでした。
