I booked up this hotel for 12 people on a non-refundable deal with Booking.com. Due to Coronavirus our ski holiday was cancelled and we had a one night stay over at this Geneva hotel. I asked for a free of charge cancellation and the Nash Pratik agreed to this. They had every right to not agree to waive the cancellation fee (which was 100% of the cost) but they were very generous and agreed to this. I had another booking for another hotel in the UK and the owners refused the free cancellation and pocketed the money when I was self isolating. So I wanted to say Thank You to the Nash Pratik in Geneva and let everyone know that they operate on a fair and reasonable basis. Thanks
We had 2 nights in Geneva and chose this hotel because of the price and location. It is an OK area, close to the central train station and plenty of restaurants, pubs, bars around. However, close to(or perhaps in) the red light district, but It didn't bother us. If you are mind, this is not the area for you. We had an upgrade from the hotel to club room(quiet part of hoel). The room is spacious and the bed is very comfortable. However, 2 things bothered me was, no facial tissue and bad smell from the shower drainage. Nice breakfast with all typical swiss/european style. However, I was told on the first morning that they ran out of Croissants!? It is unacceptable as you can find croissants everywhere, the hotel should make an effort to go out and buy some, even only a dozen. All in all, nice hotel with friendly staff.
