服務員都是亞洲各國的，日文英文説的都有點亂七八糟的，感覺一般。包的早飯和晚飯非常一般，可能價格也不貴，東西的口味低於日本平均水準。房間是蠻大的，到酒店太老了，唯一表揚的就是樓頂的温泉，如果這個沒有的話，將會是個災難。

An amazing place to stay with a location which is near lots of restaurants and even a grocery store. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. Also there are private hot springs on the top floor which are constantly available and free to use! Loved this hotel very much and it made the stay at Atami very magical and memorable. Thank you for the great time!

古いホテル、非常に変遷感。駅からそれほど遠くないところに歩いてください。地下には大浴場があり、屋上には温泉があり、気持ちいいです。今回は部屋での朝食と夕食が含まれていましたが、パフォーマンスはかなり平均的で、少しがっかりしました。要するに、それは非常に費用対効果の高いホテルです。
