First I mentioned about front office they not properly greeting especially on lady staff (just 1 or 2 only) never smile sometimes I need to say hello and thank you to them first, staff action liked I ask room for complementary. One more it under front office also I don’t know why on our booking it rare to receive our benefits room upgrade as my boyfriend he has hold on gold member, I can understood sometime it full or high occupancy I should not receive it but I booked 20time probably 1time I can get room upgrade the same time staff never inform me why can’t consume that benefit this time or what else….. (For all Benefit of members are the point to attract guests to choose stay in your hotel) Second about room service food it take very long time to make it even I order only fruit platter it take time 45min…. it not make-sense if speed can be faster than this it very good. But for service staffs are good with flexible and food almost delicious also housekeeping are friendly, room very tidy and comfortable.

One of the best Courtyards that I have stayed at. The staff and rooms were very good. They redefined hospitality and went above and beyond. We loved our family stay. We were travelling with my grandparents and they took good care of them. The breakfast was excellent. Special shout out to Sreytouch, Seila and Sorma
