Otel haqqında əvvəlcədən yaxşı rəylər oxumuşdum. ünvanını özümdə qeyd etmişdim. anamla İzmirə gedəndə ilk bu otelə baş vurdum. xoşbəxtlikdən 1 otaq qalmışdı. Otel sahibi və personal gülərüz və çox qayğıkeşdirlər. nömrə təmiz və səliqəlidir. 3 gün burada qaldıq, sonra 2 günlük Çeşməyə getdik . dönüş biletimiz İzmirdən olduğu üçün, tətilimizin son gününü İzmirə qayıtmalı idik. Otel sahibi sağolsun ağır çemodanlarımızı dolabda saxlamağa icazə verdi. Otel Kültür parkının tam yanında , biraz aralıqda Basmane metrostansiyası yerləşir. Kemaraltı çarşısına isə bir az piyada getmək lazım gələcək. kemeraltı çarşısına metro ilə də getmək olar ( Basmanedən- Çankaya metrostansiyasına).

The hotel offers - if you are lucky - a fantastic view over the bay, has a luxurious Spa and fitness area and the standard rooms are spacious. Even though slowly a little dated, they are comfortable and I would (and will) return again. The Spa area offers a wide variety of services, however missing some tranquility one would usually expect from such a place. The breakfast is gorgeous, by the way - just missing some European style jams, as the Turkish style apricot (with more fruit chunks) had limited compatibility with the croissant I enjoyed 😉 (they were too big!) All in all a great business, where everything works as it should and all services are available.

部屋のバルコニーの外には美しい海の景色があり、とても美しいです。徒歩圏内に繁華街は多くありませんが、一人でドライブするファミリーには最適です。ホテルの後ろにガソリンスタンドと小さなスーパーマーケットがあり、徒歩圏内に独自のガソリンスタンドがあります。スタッフもフレンドリーで丁寧なので、ここに泊まる価値があります。

We stayed at the Hyatt Regency Istinye Park in early November. It was a completely wonderful experience, without exception. We were warmly greeted upon arrival, and check in was smooth. Our king balcony room was well appointed and the windows and balcony provided an amazing direct view of the Gulf of Izmir and the city. We were fortunate to arrive one hour before the fireworks to celebrate the Centennial of the Turkish Republic. We were able to enjoy the fireworks from our balcony. The hotel is perfectly located for easy access to Izmir city, and its suburbs, by foot, car, tram, metro and rail. Breakfast was very high quality and included a wide variety of fresh Turkish and western choices. Maja in Guest Relations was wonderfully friendly and helpful, and she made a dinner reservation for us at our desired restaurant on the Izmir waterfront. ホテルはかつてイズミル中央銀行でした、部屋はかなり広く、環境は良かったです、 朝食は少し平均的ですが、サービスはとても良いです、ロビーは大きなはしごで、とてもスタイリッシュです レセプションデスクは非常に接地されており、机だけです。ドアのセキュリティサービスはとても良く、駐車に役立ちます。荷物を送るのを手伝ってください。 やるべきことはすべてやった。 唯一のことは、海の見える部屋に500元を追加する必要があるということです。これは販売前に事前に説明されていません。予約に注意してください。

We stayed there for a night and we were utterly disappointed by the rooms, service, breakfast everything. What can go wrong in a hotel, ACTUALLY HAPPENED ! 1. The rooms we recieved the AC wasn't working - room temperature was 30°C, the manager was unhelpful and kept telling we would check, we would check - nothing happened. Technician came but even he dint understand anything. So finally we had to change the room, the manager asked us to see rooms first before shifting (we did their work by checking rooms, as they themselves weren't aware which room the AC was working or not) 2. We checked close to 8 rooms wasting 3 hours of our time after reaching the hotel and got a room which max cooled to 27°C, manager told he wud provide us a table fan - but that too wasn't working 3. Service - we had 2 medium sized bags, 2 small bags. The bellboy says, I am working alone so I can't take the luggage all by myself, u have to help me. If u don't not possible to move 4 bags by myself. Seriously, does it go that way ! 4. Electricity issues - while having breakfast in the morning, there was no electricity. 8t came back after 1/2hr, so we ate our bfast in the dark 5. Safe box - I kept my valuables in it and closed it. But it dint open. I had to struggle to connect with all the hotel staff, he technician told - the safe was a problem, why did I put my valuables in the safe. Well then what's the purpose of the safe 🤔 The manager Geyzah was unhelpful, un-co operative. She dint do anything to solve our problem. While whatever help we got was from Mr. Ali, who did everything to make us feel better

I stayed there for a couple of days for a conference. It s a nice but medium hotel that needs renovation. The room was clean and spacious, the view was very nice even from rather low floor. The furnitures are somewhat old. The bathroom was not in perfect condition I could day that it was clear that there is not improvement for many years now. The elevators very dirty esepcially the windows outside, this is not nice at all. The hotel say that it is a bussines hotel but the wifi was terrible, certainly not for business. Some people in the reception could not help in English and this is embarashing. Og coyrse ther are also people that tried to hard to understand and help, sory for not being able to mention by name here, Breakfast was ok, nothing special however. the location however is very nice, close to the coast and the busy pedestrian road with all restaurants. Friday and Saturday evening is perhaps a little noisy. Overall, I had nice stay but I feel that the hotel provides less than expected or advertised and as such I grade it as average.
