During my stay, I experienced a level of disorganization that no accommodation should ever consider normal. I arrived late at night with a confirmed reservation and a bed assigned, but the bed wasn’t prepared. When I returned a few hours later, someone else was occupying the space that was supposed to be mine. From that moment on, the situation became a chain of mistakes. I was moved to another room that was completely unprepared: all beds unmade, the bathroom in unacceptable condition, and zero clarity about which bed I was supposed to take. Even worse, absolutely nothing had been recorded in the system, so every time I went to reception I had to explain the entire situation again, as if it were the first time. No communication, no notes, no follow-up — just confusion from every staff member I spoke to. In the middle of switching rooms and trying to manage the chaos, I lost my phone charger. Naturally, it was not found or registered anywhere. And again, there was no support or accountability from the team. I contacted management by email with a full explanation of everything that happened and requested a refund due to the multiple failures: unprepared rooms, lack of basic cleanliness, misinformation, zero internal communication, and the loss of my belongings. I never received any response — not even a simple acknowledgment.

I stayed in a room with a private bathroom, a decent standard room. The breakfast is ok, the check-in is a little slow but nevertheless the staff is kind. It has multiple common areas and is very clean

I enjoyed my stay here. I was in the 6 person female dorm and came as a solo traveler. The room itself was nice and clean, and I appreciated the towel being included. I’d read this before booking, but the layout of the 6 person room is very odd with two single beds very close to each other. I wasn’t in one of these beds but feels very awkward if you don’t know the person. Otherwise, the two sets of bunk beds were nice and I felt like I got good value for my money. Felt safe as well and great location. Staff were friendly. Laundry service is nice to have and wasn’t crazy expensive. The shower in the room is small, but not a big deal. Would recommend!

Fantastic location right next to the main station and Tivoli. Beds were comfy and clean. Bathroom was not so clean, shower was in need of a referb and almost impossible to sit on the loo as the shower was touching the toilet bowl. First night of 2 was fine but windows didn't seal closed so it a fair bit of noise and draught from outside. Second night was a nightmare. Room next door full of German teens shouting, jumping and laughing all night. Our kids finally fell asleep at 11:30pm but they were so overtired and grumpy the next day it ruined the day. I reccomend to skip the terrible chaotic breakfast and opt for one of the far better Danish bakery nearby for cheaper prices and tastier food. If you're young or looking for somewhere cheap and cheerful in a good location, this place will be good. It will be hit or miss for a family depending on who is staying in the rooms around you. Left luggage lockers available but you have to pay for them. We love Copenhagen as a family but likely won't stay here again due to the noise.

It's a fantastic location right next door to the main train station. We are here as a couple in our late 50s from Ireland and we don't feel out of place. Great atmosphere. Great staff, who are super friendly and helpful. We are staying in a double private room with bathroom and its very clean and a great sized room. Lovely white clean sheets and white towels. Downstairs is a bar and loads of different seating areas to relax or mingle. Sofas, bean bags are also in quieter areas. And a games room. Its a busy place but also very quiet at night in our bedroom. I can't find any faults with it. Kitchen area available for guests where you can store your food or beverages and they provide labels and bags so you can write your name and room number on them. Highly recommend this place for everyone ☺️
