We had an excellent weekend visit and loved the location, friendliness, cleanliness, services, foods, and the pool! Highly recommend.

I had to ask for extra towels and washcloths 3 times before it was brought to my room. The service at restaurant was very slow.

The hotel is such a great place to stay. The rooms are clean and updated and always sleep quietly. The staff and check in are always friendly and fast.

Nice Property close to stadium, have a quiet down time of 9pm which I love, easy to navigate. Heated pool that could definitely be warmer, no hot tub.

Employees were very nice and helpful. Hotel was clean and had plenty of extras. We (and two other groups in our party) could not get the heat to drop below 75 in our rooms. We turned the air on, one group turned everything off all together, and it was so hot. That made for a very dry air in the room as well. The bed was very comfortable, but the sheets were very starchy, stiff and scratchy. It was hot dry and scratchy, so while everything was beautiful and we loved the hotel, sleeping was like sleeping in a sandy desert.

Everyone was so friendly! Our friends stayed at the Hilton and they were not friendly over there! Bartenders were awesome!

Overall, the hotel was great. Service, cleanliness and amenities. The only areas for improvement are if hotel rooms could have more walking space and the indoor pool could be heated better for the kids.

Many issues affected our stay. From dirty toilet bowl and shower to broken curtains, broken shower handle, elevators under repair or with broken sensors... definitely not a Hyatt !!

Great location in downtown Cincinnati where many tourist destinations are walkable. Area feels very safe.

Front desk personelle wasn’t informative on any information of checking in out breakfast .

Front desk staff was great. As well as the wait staff in the restaurant.

The hotel staff and room were nice. We did run into an issue in the morning when we tried to take a shower as the water would not even get warm. I spoke to the front desk at check out and they gave us a 30% discount and gave us a ticket to cover our $23 parking fee.

Will definitely stay again! Super clean and very convenient to walk around downtown

We loved it and the 24hr mini mart was nice to have. And pool table was great to have we played a couple of games. Rooms were nice!
