I booked the hotel in an online booking app. I checked in and they have me the key to my room. 2 min later the receptionist knocked on the door saying there was a problem with my reservation - apparently the payment wasn’t done. I went to the reception and asked for a few minutes to contact the booking platform since I had received a message confirming payment. When I was making the call the receptionist and someone who seemed to be the owner were complaining about the situation. While I was being transferred from customer service to customer service, the receptionist said that I has to pay immediately or leave. I asked for ten minutes just to make sure I wasn’t going to be double charged. He said he was leaving at 5pm so he couldn’t wait: pay or leave. And I had to leave to hotel at 5pm without a place to stay in Paris. I would never recommend this hotel given the bad treatment I received from the staff.

Horrible experience, bathroom very dirty, hairy clumps, poo and a nasty receptionist We had to leave the hotel and take another one Honestly how can a dirty hotel like this get 3 stars, It's a big scam

I was supposed yo travel to France from the UK but the French government did not allow us to enter the country. I try contacting the hotel but they wouldn't het back to me. Evey time I called they told me to call back the next day. In the end, I was informed in a very ruse and unacceptable way that I couldn't get a refund or even a credit for future traveling. I find it unacceptable for a hotel to be so inflexible during the pandemic. I would not recommend staying in that hotel. The staff is very rude and unfriendly with no desire to accommodate their clients. All they care is the money!

La habitación es pequeña pero suficiente si solo es para ir a descansar, muy limpia y con el baño reformado muy limpio. La cama muy cómoda . El hotel es viejo y se nota en los pasillos, y el ascensor es diminuto pero el personal de recepción muy amable , nos entendimos en ingles. Me he sentido muy cómoda. Además la ubicación es muy buena, el metro esta al lado aunque nosotros apenas lo hemos usado, nos hemos recorrido la ciudad andando . Justo enfrente hay un edificio que esta en obras y se escucha por la mañana, pero no nos ha importado ya que nos levantamos pronto para salir .Los alrededores del hotel esta lleno de comercios y restaurantes donde desayunar/comer/cenar, .también hay algún supermercado En definitiva muy recomendable si buscas algo asequible, no lujoso pero limpio y practico.

trés bon accueil , chambre bien petite ,mais propre , ascenceur minuscule et les escaliers et le couloir moquette pas top , le personnel sympa et accueillant ,petit déjeuner correct, nous sommes venus pour 2 nuits en couple avec des amis ,afin de venir visiter et d'assister a une piéce de théatre tout prés de l'hotel ,nous avons aussi été au musée grévin trés proches ,ainsi que tous les restos etc..., quartier trés beau
