房間舒適、潔淨，環境很美。員工服務態度很好而且快捷。 早餐也有多款選擇，也有各種麵包、水果也十分新鮮。

สถานที่สะอาดใหม่ เป็นโรงแรมที่สวยงามค่ะ บริการดีค่ะ โรงแรมเข้าไปในซอยไกลหน่อย แต่ก็เข้าไปในซอยไม่น่ากลัว ห้องสวยสะอาด เสียแต่ห้องอาบนํ้า ไม่มีที่กั้นและเล็กไปหน่อย เพระาห้องน๊้าและอาบด้วยกันค่ะ

Отель замечательный, завтраки по Меню, не в изобилии, но всего хватает, и вкусно, рекомендую сэт с копченым salmon fish, фрукты, кофе, все очень вкусно и с заботой персонала. Бассейн очень чистый, есть часть доя плавания детям, безопасно! У отеля территория своя приватная, ухоженная, очень понравился дизайн, сочетание светлых тонов с натуральным деревом, в номере есть приставки Netflix, YouTube и др, удобно, когда дети хотят смотреть любимые фильмы и мультики. Из минусов: нет своего пляжа, но для тех , кто снимает авто не проблема !

Overall I don’t like because they are unsympathic in all ways. Everything ist expensive for what you get. So not good value. Lot off flies in the room. Unfriendly waiter in the restaurant who asks several times if I would more sugar in my shake before I tried it and is laughing several times. Very bad behavior. And they don’t know how to behave in front of the costumer at all. Unprofessional management in the hotel.

Except for the fact that the hotel is somewhat secluded, I can still recommend it, and the price-performance ratio is perfectly fine. The rooms appear very modern and are kept very clean. Plus, I find the mirror effect in the bathroom sensational. I had initially booked for two nights and extended for two more nights for the reasons mentioned above.

Новый отель в 10 минутах ходьбы от побережья на котором, впрочем, делать нечего. Нормальные пляжи рядом отсутствуют. Бассейн норм. Лежаков всегда хватало. Номер брал с террасой на первом этаже. Очень удобно. Жили втроём. Попросили на террасу третий стул. Не выдали. Это плохо. Берут депозит 5000 бат кэшем. Тоже не солидно для пятёрки. В самом отеле кроме бассейна делать нечего. Баня/сауна затхлая какая то. Цены в ресторане явно завышены. До 7/11 и тусовочной улицы 10-15 мин пешком. В целом, если использовать отель как хаб из которого будете ездить на экскурсии и по острову на ренткаре - сойдет. В остальном ни вида, ни моря, ничего особенного.

The hotel is far aeay and transportation is expensive the area is not good for walking

Good hotel and the staff are incredibly nice! Our room was great with a sofa and dining area as well as a small kitchen. The bed was not the most comfortable and overall I think the property is a bit outdated. It is also situated away from the beach therefore taxi to the hustle and bustle as well as beaches is needed. Very conveniently located to the airport though.

The place is lovely, a bit away from everything location wise and not by a beach but a lovely spot on its own. Our stay was great aside from the service - not ideal to get into a tiff around a cup that they claimed was removed from the room on our way out - turned out it was in the room and even if not, it’s a cup. Leaves a less than ideal impression.

We stayed at Lanna Samui for two nights over the New Year and from check in to check out our stay was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and bright. The hotel was exactly as photographed. There were plenty of options for breakfast and a good amount of both shaded and sunlit seating around the pool. We were sad to leave!

The hotel is amazing,stuff is super friendly and helpful,food is delicious and fancy. The area itself is quite far from the center, and there is no walking way just a road,but it is something common in Thailand as I see. You can easily take a scooter for rent or use a taxi if you wish.

Very pleasant facility. Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff.
