深夜便だったので、少しの時間でも足を伸ばしたいと思い、休憩先として数時間だけ利用させてもらいました。女性だけの6人部屋で、学生時代の運動部の部室を思い出す感じ。シーツの交換は自分自身ではなくスタッフの方がやってくれるようなので、楽でした。長期になるとどうなのかわからないですけど。リビングルームのようなくつろげる場所や共用利用できるスペースも多いので若い人にはいいかもしれない。

地下鉄103st駅からセントラルパーク沿いに歩くと直ぐに見つかります。口コミに書いてあるベーグルとコーヒーの無料サービスは終了していました。今は3ドルで提供しています。給水機は一階のカフェの入り口にあります。地下にキッチンがあり、一通りの調理器具（湯沸かし器、レンジ、電気コンロ、鍋、もちろん冷蔵庫と洗剤もありました）シャワーからはお湯がでますが、暖かくなるのに少し時間がかかります。

清潔さは問題無し。 ただ寝室の設備やスタッフによるサービスは最小限、快適に過ごすには慣れが必要です。その分、地域の相場からするとリーズナブルなので価格重視ながらハズレは引きたくないという旅行者には最適だと思います ただ、ベッドにはカーテンや仕切りもなく二段ベッドの上段だと自分でタオル掛けたりする事も出来ません。ベッドもパイプベッドなので少し寝返り打っても下の人に振動が伝わる(逆も同じ)のでしっかり睡眠取るには才能と経験が必要だと思います。マットレスはしっかりしていて大きさも合格点で、私は身長185センチですがギリギリ足を伸ばして寝る事が出来ました。 ニューヨークで設備が新しくて、いかにも快適そうなドミトリーは、ここよりかなり価格上がるので、許容出来るシンプルさでこの価格(日本円で一泊一万円)の選択肢を提供してくれた事に感謝しています。 ありがとうございました。

I loved our stay. The front desk and their receptionists were welcoming the moment we stepped in. I also can’t get enough of the room. It was huge, especially for NYC standard, and the beds were super comfortable! I also loved that they have glassware and utensils around! The overall design including the small stuff such as lighting and water pressure makes our stay really great. However, in our room, I was stabbed in the foot, twice and bled minimally, while walking around. It seems there’s a small nail bulging on the floor and when you put pressure on the surface, it pierces through. I wasn’t able to report this but I hope they can do a quick sweep of every room for future guests!

本当に落ち着ける場所だと思いました。6月5日から何回継続連泊させてもらいました一カ月近く滞在していましたが、近くにレストランもマーケットもコンビニもあり非常に便利で、セントラルパークにものんびり歩いていけるちょっと距離があるかな、ロケーションが良い。やっぱり安全で安心できる、各フロアにラウンドがあってちょっとしたシュアハウスと言う感じ。また利用したいと思います。 スタッフの方も親切な方ばかりでした。フロントドアもセキュリティドアで安心です。外部から容易に侵入できないセキュリティドアで安心でした。

Очень классные апартаменты в центре Манхэттена, рядом с Таймс Сквер и Центральным парком. Локация просто отличная, расположена в комплексе Avalon hotel. Хозяйка делает завтрак и постоянно угощает напитками и снеками. Холодильник забит продуктами, поэтому можно и самим готовить. Рядом имеются различные кафе и рестораны на выбор, т.к за углом Times Square, есть практически все. Станция метро под боком, автобусные остановки. Можно легко добраться куда нужно. Хозяйка делает уборку когда Вас нет на месте. В целом приятное впечатление. И документ, квитанцию предоставлет сам Trip.com после выезда, что очень удобно.

セントラルパークに近く、地下鉄の駅からも近かったのでロケーションは抜群でした！ 今回は1泊で本当に寝るだけの宿だったので 初めてのホステルに選択。 部屋以外が少し匂いが気になりました 2人部屋でもう1人も同じ日本人にしてくれたのは とても有り難かったです！！

部屋は小さいですが、比較的清潔で、暖房が完備されており、キッチンとバスルームは新しいです。全て共用ですが、宿泊者も少なく、ボトル入り飲料水も飲み放題で十分です。お金を節約したい場合は、近くに市場があり、オーナーが自分で加工するキッチンを持っており、中華料理店がたくさんあるため、ここに滞在することを検討できます。最後に、上司に感謝します！最後の最後で威厳を見せてくれましたが、とても親切で親しみやすかったです、機会があれば次回は割引してもいいですか？

きっと一生忘れられない思い出になるでしょう。この温かく迎えてくれるアパートには、毎日人々が行き来し、旅人たちと出会い、別れを告げます。北京から来た心優しいご夫婦は周辺の施設について教えてくれたり、杭州から来たご夫婦は私たちと同時刻にチェックインしてメトロポリタンホテルで偶然出会ったり、イタリア人女性には電子レンジの使い方を教えてもらったり、日本人女性には成都に行ったことがあると教えてもらったり…。スタッフの方は、夫の足の具合（骨折）を考慮して、すぐにフロアを変えてくれました。熱心なルオさんとホアンホアンさんの温かいお言葉には、本当に感謝しています。本当にたくさんの友達ができて、本当に幸せでした。広いキッチンも気に入りました。朝食を自分で作るのが楽しくなりました。リビングも広くてくつろげる、アットホームな雰囲気でとても気に入りました…。ニューヨークに来たら、また必ずここに泊まります。

地下鉄103st駅からセントラルパーク沿いに歩くと直ぐに見つかります。口コミに書いてあるベーグルとコーヒーの無料サービスは終了していました。今は3ドルで提供しています。給水機は一階のカフェの入り口にあります。地下にキッチンがあり、一通りの調理器具（湯沸かし器、レンジ、電気コンロ、鍋、もちろん冷蔵庫と洗剤もありました）シャワーからはお湯がでますが、暖かくなるのに少し時間がかかります。

素晴らしい価格です。 到着して少し驚きましたが、入り口はガレージの入り口だけでした。 エレベーターはなく、階段です。 少し魅力に欠けます。 しかし、ドミトリールームとしては部屋はとても良かったです。ベッドは広めで、ぐっすり眠れました。 美味しい食事を見つけるのは大変でした。 ホテル内にレストランや食事の提供はありません。 結論として、とても素敵な旅行でした。ぐっすり眠ることができ、また必ず戻ってきたいと思っています。 滞在中に出会った素晴らしい人々にとても満足しました。

深夜便だったので、少しの時間でも足を伸ばしたいと思い、休憩先として数時間だけ利用させてもらいました。女性だけの6人部屋で、学生時代の運動部の部室を思い出す感じ。シーツの交換は自分自身ではなくスタッフの方がやってくれるようなので、楽でした。長期になるとどうなのかわからないですけど。リビングルームのようなくつろげる場所や共用利用できるスペースも多いので若い人にはいいかもしれない。
