初めてホステルに泊まったのですが、到着するまでホステルだとは知りませんでした。全体的に静かで感動しました。向かいの女性が音楽を流している音は朝まで聞こえませんでしたが、それ以外はそれほど悪くありませんでした。駐車場は住宅街なので、誰かを降ろすか、誰かが去るのを待って駐車できる場所を探す準備をしておきましょう。最高の立地ではありませんが、ロサンゼルスのサウスセントラルなので、それほど悪くはありません（笑）

靴は統一感のある収納が必要で、良い香りが漂います。芳香剤を使用する必要があります。さらに、マネージャーのカリーナが店にいないため、対応が非常に遅かったり、ベッドの配置が間違っていたりすることがあります。

エントランスのパスワードが毎日変わる(?)のですが、それがすべてのユーザーに通知されません。 少なくとも、自分を含めてドアを開けれなくてインターホンを連打する宿泊者、ドアを何度も強打する宿泊者が夜間に一定数います。 おそらく、宿に一日以上戻らなかった場合（宿泊期間内に別の場所で宿泊）した人がその状況に陥っていると思います。 自分の裁量で入れた結果トラブルになるのが怖いので、オーナーと直接連絡を取ってほしいとオーナーの電話番号と伝えましたが、オーナーが電話に出ずに結局入れてしまいました。 夜間にインターホン連打、ドアを叩く音は正直自分にとっては怖かったです。自分を含めなにか見落としていたかもしれませんが... また、チェックイン方法は到着後にオーナーとメールで伝えられます。よってセルフチェックインですが遅くにチェックインしたい場合は事前にその時間にチェックイン可能か確認することをおすすめします。

Is there any doubt it’s the coolest loft in downtown?This is a 500-sf loft-style one-bedroom place (the bedroom is not separated by a wall from the rest of the space) with a full kitchen and bathroom. The location is a historic 100-year-old building once known as the Fifth Street Store that was fully renovated and transformed into lofts about 20 years ago. There's a private balcony and you will have access to all the building's amenities including the rooftop pool. Unlike many other units in the building and the area, this unit does not face the street and is much quieter. The main bed is a queen-size 10" memory foam mattress. There is a spare queen-size air mattress.Downtown is one of the most interesting, vibrant neighborhoods in Los Angeles, with world class entertainment and cultural offerings as well as extremely colorful, gritty street life that not everyone is comfortable with. This is not Beverly Hills. Please understand this before you book as refunds will not be available on arrival. Parking is available nearby starting at around $10 (I recommend using Spothero, or parking across the street in Pershing Square for $20--prices current as of July 2025). 初めてホステルに泊まりましたが、立地も治安も良く、申し分ありませんでした。バス停も地下鉄もとても使いやすかったです。ホステルの人たちも親切で、話しやすくコミュニケーションも取れました。チェックインもスムーズでした。朝食はパン、ヌテラ、ピーナッツバター、パンケーキミックスだけで、朝食らしくないものでした。毎朝、女性がバスルームを掃除してくれました。私の部屋では、皆が他の宿泊客に配慮して静かに過ごしてくれて、本当にラッキーでした✨🤞🏻

호텔 사장님은 친절하셨어요! 그리고 시설도 생각보다 나쁘지 않았어요. 화장실도 2일에 한 번씩은 청소해주셔서 좋았고, 조명 때문에 좀 놀랐지만, 벌레도 안 나왔고 쓸만 했어요. 근데 새벽에 공용 공간에서 바퀴벌레를 봤습니다. 아마 현관문이 바로 앞에 있어서 외부에서 들어온 것 같긴한데... 그날 빼고는 또 본 적 없기도 했고요. 방음은 잘 안 돼요. 정보가 많이 없는데, 샴푸랑 컨디셔너, 바디워시, 드리이기 있고 수건은 1인당 1씩은 주시는 것 같아요. 호텔은 아니고 B&B 형식이고 돈 아끼고 싶으면 올만 합니다.

これは、住宅所有者の態度が一晩だけ固定されるのではないかとコメントが心配しているとコメントした。その後、ホテルに行ってみると、オーナーさんはとてもフレンドリーでした。インドのアクセントは理解するのが困難でしたが、私たちが問題を解決するのを手伝うことは非常に熱心でした。朝食はとてもおいしかったです、ヨーグルトコーヒー、そしてミントチーズケーキは私をとても感動させました。その場所にいる場合は、ユニバーサルスタジオから徒歩10分ですが、道を見つけるのは少し難しいです。

非常滿意。設施良好，甚至提供蒸汽熨斗。員工非常的友好。 我下一次去洛杉磯，還願意住在這個酒店。並且已經推薦給其他朋友。 之前我有幾個擔心的事情，一個是按金是否會全部退回？酒店是否安靜是否可以保證好的睡眠？區域是否安全？ 我在退房兩天內就得到了按金的全額返還。 這個酒店四面都有街道，所以肯定能聽到一些街道的聲音，但到了夜晚其實很安靜，沒有什麼聲音。大概從早晨5:00左右開始，有一些車輛的音，衹是車輛行駛的聲音並不吵。而且酒店本身就有夜晚靜音時間保證我的睡眠。 酒店期間我覺得這個街區很安全，位置很好，周邊就有公交車站去哪裡都很方便。

It’s ok for short stay the location is safe just maybe far from other places a bit if you don’t like walking but I got the room that we have to open the window for the ac so it’s hot in the day time

ホストのロンはとてもフレンドリーで、とても理解のある人でした。 100%快適に過ごせました。場所は、リトル トーキョーと地下鉄 (新しい) リトル トーキョー駅の隣です。リトルトーキョー周辺には美味しい飲食店がたくさんあります。スリーピング/リビングエリアのエアコンは非常に貧弱でした。バスルームとシャワーは非常に素朴で粗末ですが、それは私が個人的に気にすることではありません。他の人もこれに敏感だと思うので、トイレでゴキブリを見たということを前置きしておきます。決して、トイレが掃除されていないのに気持ち悪いというわけではなく、ダウンタウンのバーにあるようなものです...しかし、全体的に言えば、経験は良かったので、将来また訪れるつもりです。強調したいのは、ホストのロンのおかげで、LAにいることを本当に快適に感じさせてくれたということです。

立地はかなり良いと思います。ハリウッド ウォーク オブ フェームに非常に近く、徒歩わずか 2 ～ 3 分です。ハリウッド ウォーク オブ フェームを見たい方や、安価な宿泊場所を探している方には最適な距離です。ぜひお勧めします。上司もとても親切で思いやりのある方です。必要な機器やツールがある場合は、上司に伝えれば手伝ってくれます。私は遠く離れたユニバーサルスタジオへ旅行します。まとめると、お金を節約して安い場所を見つけたいなら、お勧めする価値があります。 👍

エントランスのパスワードが毎日変わる(?)のですが、それがすべてのユーザーに通知されません。 少なくとも、自分を含めてドアを開けれなくてインターホンを連打する宿泊者、ドアを何度も強打する宿泊者が夜間に一定数います。 おそらく、宿に一日以上戻らなかった場合（宿泊期間内に別の場所で宿泊）した人がその状況に陥っていると思います。 自分の裁量で入れた結果トラブルになるのが怖いので、オーナーと直接連絡を取ってほしいとオーナーの電話番号と伝えましたが、オーナーが電話に出ずに結局入れてしまいました。 夜間にインターホン連打、ドアを叩く音は正直自分にとっては怖かったです。自分を含めなにか見落としていたかもしれませんが... また、チェックイン方法は到着後にオーナーとメールで伝えられます。よってセルフチェックインですが遅くにチェックインしたい場合は事前にその時間にチェックイン可能か確認することをおすすめします。

初めてホステルに泊まったのですが、到着するまでホステルだとは知りませんでした。全体的に静かで感動しました。向かいの女性が音楽を流している音は朝まで聞こえませんでしたが、それ以外はそれほど悪くありませんでした。駐車場は住宅街なので、誰かを降ろすか、誰かが去るのを待って駐車できる場所を探す準備をしておきましょう。最高の立地ではありませんが、ロサンゼルスのサウスセントラルなので、それほど悪くはありません（笑）

このホステルはとても素敵できれいでした。ベッドは快適で、荷物を収納するのに十分なスペースがありました。敷地内の洗濯機と乾燥機。敷地内の軽食と飲み物の自動販売機。個人の食料品が好きな場合に使用するコミュニティ冷蔵庫。誰もが歓迎し、とても丁寧でした。とても快適で安全だと感じました。このホステルは、必要に応じて長期的にセットアップします。チェックイン/チェックアウトのプロセスは非常に簡単でした。無料の路上駐車は少し難しかったので、ホステルの敷地内の駐車場を予約するオプションのサービスを追加しました。ショッピングストア、レストラン、食料品店、銀行、バス停などを閉じてください。私はこのホステルを強くお勧めします。

Unbeatable location if you want to be close to Hollywood Boulevard, the surrounding area does get a little sketchy at night but I think that is perhaps normal in the locality. The cleanliness is fair with nothing major to fault. As everything is rather automated, the services there is naturally minimal but it does make things a lot smoother so I do not mind it. But all in all the room and the bed is comfortable and that is what is most important
