It was a terrible hotel I do not understand how was this hotel granted 4 star! Rooms are small. Service is bad. Breakfast was horrible. Unpleasant behavior of personnel especially the person with glasses and weird hair needs service training especially to children who’s stays at hotel. I would definitely not recommend it and hope you do not choose it as well. There are better options near to Gent if you want to visit Brugges as well. In addition I paid unfair 30 Euros for my daughter’s breakfast for 2 days. Management and hospitality service definitely should change asap. Anyhow I rate it as 2 star highway hotel.

非常好的四星酒店，服務非常好，門口有免費停車場，對於自駕遊的我們非常重要，就在高速路口轉入嚟非常方便，仲有早餐非常豐富，有迷你冰箱，我們住了兩日非常滿意，下一次還會再入住

Heel mooi (nieuw) hotel. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Een ontbijtbuffet om 'U' tegen te zeggen... Wij komen zeker nog eens terug!
