Very nice and comfortable hotel! The pools are big enough to provide privacy, the staff is super friendly, and the food is delicious. I strongly recommend it.

I had an absolutely amazing time at Hotel Aqua! I chose it because I wanted to stay at a thermal spa (having been to one in Germany), and I was on a three-week trip. It more than lived up to my expectations. The staff are wonderful - all very helpful and friendly. The bedroom was a great size and had a nice balcony. Breakfast very good. I had two mud treatments and two massages, both outstanding. I didn’t eat in the restaurant as I don’t like to eat much in the evenings, but I ate in the bistro. Great food! The pool was immaculate, and the entire hotel was spotlessly clean. I don’t think many English people go there as it’s slightly out of the way, but I would go back without any hesitation!

We came for the third time and we will return. Small and cosy hotel, excellent team, big standard rooms, large bathrooms, fango treatments, excellent breakfasts, dinner menu with ingeneous naming of the food... We are looking forward to the new spa area that is currently under a construction.

Excellent stay, very friendly staff, helpful, excellent breakfast. Silent area. I loved that there were few people, and in the morning I could swim in the pool alone.

We stayed here for two weeks in August, & can definitely recommend this hotel. The staff were all really lovely, and so accommodating. So much so, that by the end of our holiday, we felt that we had been staying with friends. We struggled with my elderly mum who was unable to use her 3 wheeled rollator for our holiday and we could not book a much needed wheelchair due to arriving during Ferragosto. The hotel stepped in and loaned us a 4 wheel rollator, which enabled us to get out and about for short journeys. We were, and are, so grateful for this, which was another example of going above and beyond. The rooms were spacious. The food amazing, and would be classed as fine dining in the UK. We were incredibly lucky to be there for ferragosto as this was an amazing 'family' feast and evening entertainment. The pool, the facilities, all excellent and well worth the visiting. The area itself is a short drive from Venice, Vicenza, and beautiful Padova. A little further you can drive to Verona, Treviso, and Lake Garda. You can walk easily into Abano in just a few minutes. All in all, we would (and most likely will)! definitely return to the Hotel Aqua, Abano Terme. Thank you all so much for such an enjoyable stay! ❤️

This is the best hotel for our budget, that we have had in our 3 weeks journey around the north of Italy. At first, we freak out that it is a little further from the city that we expected. But it was worth it. Once, we learn the bus ride, it was a real treat to relax in the warmth waters of the natural termal pool after a whole day of walking and sightseeing. The breakfast buffet is amazing. The service is superb. And there are very good restaurants walking distance, if you want to have a higher end (50 euros/pp) food experience as we did. We recommend Da Vinci Bistrot. We spend 3 nights here. We definitely would repeat.

Hotel located in the center, but in a quiet and peaceful area. Nice, smiling and always polite service, especially young girls in the restaurant and reception. Rooms, pool area and SPA clean, cleaned daily. The water in the outdoor and indoor pools is always 34-36 degrees. Very nice experience in the outdoor pool when it is raining and it is cold outside. Bed linen in the rooms is probably changed daily, which I think is excessive. Free parking. Breakfast very good, rich and varied. Between 1 and 2 pm snacks are served in the pool area, and at 5 and 7 pm refreshments and aperitivi in ​​the lobby. Hotel worth recommending - come and enjoy your stay.

One of the few modernized structures in Abano Terme. Hotels here are quite dated and hardly renovated. Comfortable, welcoming and warm atmosphere. The rooms are modern and the breakfast is well beyond the 3 star level. I have not visited the SPA yet but I will ale sure I will in my next visit.

We didn’t not stay at the hotel itself but chose it for the thermal water and mud treatment. Overall our experience was excellent, everyone at the hotel has been really helpful and friendly. The thermal pool is available both indoors and outdoors connected by a water passage. Thermal mud application experience was great. It is managed by Professore Jimmy who is a great professional in this field, very attentive to the clients and takes his job very seriously. My mum is disabled, I always worry for her but I felt she was safe in Professore Jimmy’s capable hands. I would highly recommend mud treatment at this hotel with Jimmy and would definitely come back in the future.

Wonderful hotel! Loved the pools and the food was really good too, very tasty and beautifully presented. The town of Abano Terme is also very interesting. Definitely want to visit there again but I don't think I would do so many day trips out, want to spend more time with the great facilities at the hotel. The staff were very friendly also.

It was a wonderful time at Aqua coming for business and enjoyed every provided service. The room, the employees, the breakfast and the spa services were at top of quality offered. I hope to come back and enjoy another fantastic experience at Padova. Arrivedrci!

Once again I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Hotel Aqua in Abano Terme. What a fantastic place to relax and enjoy yourself. I enjoyed the (outdoor) pool with thermal water of about 36 degrees Celsius. And so many wellness options are being offered! The very professional massage was fantastic. This time I used a hotel bike and explored the area. What an incredible market Abano Terme has! And Venice is so close (although per bike might be too enthusiastic, but Venice can easily be reached by bus and train). The staff is extremely friendly and knows how to give you a real vacation feeling right away. In short: highly recommended!

Nice clean, well appointed and comfortable room. Livedthspa facilities, massage and pools. Great breakfast and dinner buffets with baited food. Very friendly, efficient and accommodating staff. Great weekend!
