Great and quiet getaway, italian way, pleasant staff and great food, location near centar, free bikes...

It’s been a nightmare staying with our kids. We’ve been treated by managers (brother and sister are the owners) in the worst way and in front of other guests. Never again. Nothing else to say. There’re other structures

Our second time at the hotel. The service is in top and the surroundings is perfect. The food in the restaurant was better last year, but still ok. The room is Nice and clean. Beautiful pool area - lights in the pools during the evening. Live Music some evenings. I will come back next year!

We liked the swimming pools and the renovated room. This room had a very comfortabel bed! We didn’t like dinner. The waiter is very friendly, but the food was not good. We could taste that the fish was baked frozen and not fresh, even without any spices. Dessert was frozen (wasn’t meant to be). I would book again but without halfpension, it is not worth it.

I’ve booked my bachelorette party with my mum a few days earlier than my wedding, to give ourselves a nice moment of relax. Not that I was expected anything particular, but from a 4star hotel at least some congratulations.. but no, nothing. We have arrived in the morning, and for one hour earlier of the check-in they’ve charged us 15€ each to start use the swimming pools. I’ve booked for my mum a mani/pedi with semipermanent to do 2 days after, than 2 scrub massage and inalhations; all went quiet well apart the fact that when today my mum asked some semipermanent colors, they did not have pretty much anything. The beautician proposed her only mani/pedi but the price was higher than expected, so she decided to skip the services. At the check-out we went fully charged and the manager, after 10minutes of ridiculous discussion, gave us the 50% discount on it. We went out completely disappointed, nervous and felt deceived. On top of it: glass from the bar broken, spoon at breakfast with still trace of lipstick. Really bad experience, they did not care at all about their client’s experience, but more they try to charge extra money. I will never raccomand this hotel to anyone and for sure I will never come back.

I can sincerely recommend staying at the Hotel Savoia Thermae & Spa. The staff are very kind and helpful. The SPA is well equipped. The pools are clean and you can choose the temperature of water you like (a colder or a warmer pool).

Wonderful atmosphere, lovely pool and definitely somewhere to totally relax.
