Car Park is very poor; the damaged surface is everywhere and has not been repaired. but they still charge a day parking fee of 5 pounds.

Service was the excellent amiable staff there no facilities as I was with my family my children had no facilities to do something so they were little bored food was nice but less choice on men.

except the swimming pool was closed, everything is good at all. valued for the price

Good value for money but poor customer service

Lovely stay, staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good and reasonably priced. Beds very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. The pool and gym looks amazing, unfortunately it isn’t reopening til Monday, however it didn’t spoil our stay. Would definitely recommend

We didn’t stay here but dined at their restaurant for dinner. Lovely decorated clean place. Staff were very attentive and menu varied. Food was served quickly and excellent quality. Hot and tasty and the desserts were lovely. Will certainly be back.

Stayed here recently as a family with two young children due to the fact the hotel had a pool. Whilst booking online, there was a ‘premium’ or ‘standard’ room available so I called the hotel to ask what the difference was. The man on the phone said the premium rooms had nicer and more modern decor, bathrobes and slippers were provided and there would be an espresso machine in the room. I decided it would be worth the extra money so decided to go for the premium room. On arrival, the room appeared clean. There was only one bathrobe and no espresso machine. We queried this with reception. They told us that it was normal for there only to be one robe? I had never experienced this before. We never received a second one They stated they had no knowledge of an espresso machine either. On walking back to our room, one of the neighbouring room’s door was open and we could see that there was an espresso machine within. So that was disappointing. Breakfast was good and the chef and waiting staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was good and the gym looked well equipped with squat racks and dumbbells. The hot tub was not working however. All in all, this was a fine budget hotel stay for the kids to enjoy the pool. Just don’t bother paying extra for ‘premium’.

My sister had her wedding at the Dyce Hotel on 21 September 2024. We stayed the night before. Room was beautiful, absolutely spotless and bathroom was bigger than many hotels we have stayed in. Very comfy, king size bed too. Service from all staff was outstanding. Breakfast had lots of choice too and was a good start to our day. On the wedding day Gavin, Liam and their fantastic staff made sure that everything was perfect on the day. The wedding rooms for the wedding ceremony and wedding meal were set out beautifully. The food at the wedding meal was absolutely delicious, from starter to dessert could not fault a thing. Gavin, Liam and staff were just so helpful and worked so hard on the day to ensure Muriel and John had a very special, memorable day. If you want a perfect wedding day cannot recommend Dyce Hotel highly enough!

We had a great time at this hotel! It was lovely, clean, food was really good, wine (and vodka) was really nice! We visited the pool twice and it was good too! Our 2 kids really enjoyed it! Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were comfy! Would 100% recommend staying here!

First time visit since the hotel reopened. Lovely check in both receptionists were very nice, only ting was they gave us a room as far away as possible long walk. Room has be upgraded a little nice TV new carpet and a comfy bed. Only thing you had to pay for car park never when it was a marriot hotel

Me and my partner enjoy a lovely weekend in such a beautiful hotel. With the owners being family friends and seeing how well they are doing is amazing. So nice to see people so close to home doing well at such difficult times for the country. Where to start… the staff are lovely and go above and beyond to help with anything you need. The hotel was lovely! The food was beautiful and such a great menu for a picky eater🙈. Spotless rooms super homely and comfortable. They have a pool, unfortunately we didn’t use but it was a great relaxing thing for people to do, not to mention for a nice bit of exercise. Great area near the airport and 20 mins away from the city centre. We will definitely be staying here again. Thank you all again!!😃

Loved this hotel. Room spacious and clean ..2 double beds. Fridge a great plus! Reception area is spacious and comfortable. Restaurant is welcoming and food delicious. Lovely breakfast!! The staff are friendly and attentive. Train station just few minutes along the road in car so easy access to getting into Aberdeen shopping. Bus across road too. I’d stay here now for shopping trips ..free parking if you book directly through hotel. We had a chat with the owner and his son and it’s clear why all the staff are so friendly they clearly promote a friendly welcoming atmosphere. I didn’t use the leisure facilities but had look round pool area..Will definitely go back with kids. This weekend was a 2 night stay with 3 of my sisters and we will definitely be going back. Can’t think of anything negative about it.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful and the food was delicious. Rooms were lovely and clean and very spacious. Gavin,one of the owners came and introdued himself and made us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back.
