コートヤード・アビリーン・ノースイースト(Courtyard Abilene Northeast)

We were about to leave the room to leave and someone walked into our room with a key card. That person wasn’t supposed to be in my room.

Excellent property. Very good welcome by the staff. Very quick and easy check in. The rooms were specious, clean and well appointed.

This was a great hotel. Very convenient to the college and restaurants. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and very quiet. We will definitely stay here when we return.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly. I loved the the complementary breakfast. It had a variety of choices, including eggs, sausage, oatmeal and fresh made waffles.

Ann at the front desk was awesome! She was so friendly & welcoming! Our krys initially didnt work. After she re-did the keys she was sure to walk with me to the room to make sure it worked! Extra touch, that she cared!

Sue was amazing!! Nice clean hotel. Only complaint was the noise level of the AC.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing. We loved the pool.

Since I only have a limited number of characters, I will use succinct bullet points - the internet did not work the entire time I was there, and I had to use my personal hotspot - the air conditioner did not cool my room - so much so that my son slept on the floor next to the a/c unit, trying to get cool - the clerk working the desk when I checked in used as few words as possible (saying the bistro was open 6:30-9:30) yet failed to say that was 9:30am and thus negatively impacted my meal plan for the day - as I was working in my room the morning I planned to leave, three housekeeping employees knocked on my door to ask me when I was planning to leave - after bringing my issues to the attention of the front desk clerk, the manager was made aware of what happened and didn't bother to talk to me about it - the lobby was pretty but the sofa cushions were tired and worn out - this Courtyard is next door to another, much newer hotel, and I wished we were at the other one This may have been one of my worst Courtyard experiences. We like to stay at Courtyards because of the consistency but this one was a disappointment. We hope our son will attend ACU and plan to stay somewhere else.

The people next door were pretty loud. The location and hotel are very nice! We have stayed there for years!
