とても残念な滞在でした！ホテルに到着しましたが、ナンバープレートが記録されていなかったため、地元の人々がすべて使用していたため、駐車場は残っていませんでした。フロントに入ると、デスクには3人のスタッフと1人の顧客がいました。彼らの誰も私たちを認めたり、笑顔を見せたり、合計15分間お待たせして申し訳ありませんでしたと言ったりすることはありませんでした。私たちはハーフボードを予約していましたが、食べ物のビュッフェは非常に貧弱で寒かったです！ 「熱い容器」は冷たかった。それから私たちは夕方ずっとお腹の調子が悪かったです。朝の朝食はまったく同じで、冷たい*、マッシュルーム、ベーコンなどでした。部屋は小さく、バスルームも小さかったです。ローブもスリッパもありません。期待はずれの。

The hotel has exzellent view over the town, very quite location in the center of the town. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, the breakfast location has stunningg 360° view . The room was clean, with sunny balcony . Abrantes surprised us a lot, hidden place with lots of history and places to see

perched high up in abrantes this is one fine hotel. simple check-in in a attractive reception area,rooms are well decorated and clean and have a mini fridge,safety deposit box and tea/coffee facilities which was a pleasant surprise,rooms are quiet at night which is another plus. choice of food at breakfast is good as is the evening meal,throw in some lovely views of abrantes while you are eating and you'll enjoy it even more. a big thanks to all the staff and it's nice to use the laundry service that doesn't take advantage,your prices are very fair and i thank you for that.

Stunning hotel, with amazing views. Good breakfast, cozy room. That said, the service leaves much to be desired. Inexperienced staff. Our VIP Access booking has been not VIP at all. Cleaning room had to be requested 2 times in the same day (at 2 pm, it hadn't been done yet). We ran out of toilet paper. Our gift voucher for a bottle of wine has been exchanged for a mini bottle of wine... Are you kidding me? And this is a so-called 4-stars hotel! There was no manager to reach out and report any of that, and the man in charge of the restaurant was really arrogant about the "wine issue", saying that "a bottle of wine can be either small or large", and if we weren't happy with the small one, it was because of "our own expectations". Unbelievable. Never coming back.

View from the lounge and rooms is amazing. Breakfast had everything a person could want. The room was very clean. The only negative thing is that the last day (of 6) I noticed that at night one or two rooms on the top floor could actually see anyone taking a shower in our bathroom as there is no covering on the bathroom window.

A great hotel, well placed with good views over surrounding countryside. The pool was a good size with plenty of sunbeds. Service and food in the restauarant was great, and cost less than we expected.

Convenient location, beautiful views, good breakfast

We spend a few days here over my partners birthday. It was a nice surprise customer service good room almost very clean. Reason 4 not being a 5* room 304 had a coffee stain in the door. While there the room was clean but this wasn't noticed. Also they should have someone serving drinks by the pool. 3rd thing check in it's very late. Other then that will return. Wonderful views, walking to the city and nice breakfast.
