Thank you to all the staff, who always smile, do their job 100%, always help guests, first of all thanks to Mark who met us at reception, who gave us advice, organised my brother's birthday party, thanks to the people at reception as they are the face of the hotel, thanks to the maids who always tidy up the room, the food in the restaurant is delicious, the rooms are always clean, the beach is clean, the hotel grounds are beautiful. But there is not enough entertainment for adults , I will come back here again .

After hearing such great things about the Rixos on Saadiyat island, we decided to book a last minute winter break after the hectic Christmas rush. We knew the hotel was beautiful and this was going to be the perfect relaxing holiday which was just what we needed, but wow our expectations were exceeded. This is one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in, the staff could not do enough for you and the service was exceptional. On our arrival we were blown away just by how stunning the hotel is and when checking in we were upgraded to a suite which had the most stunning views of the pool and ocean, we couldn’t of asked for a better room. Soumen, was our holiday assistant and he could not do enough for us, he explained anything we needed at any time of the day and they were there to help, he organised for us to have late check out due to our flight time home and allowed us to utilise the facilities on our last day and arranged lunch for us, once we had checked out. The spa which we had full access to, was truly stunning and created such a calm zen vibe with so many areas of relaxation to offer, which was lovely to finish the day off in. This was one of our favourite parts of the hotel! Our room was stunning and our house keeper Cherry, kept our room so clean and well stocked. The al a carte restaurants on offer were divine and turquoise the buffet style restaurant offered such a delicious wide variety at every meal, and any beverage you wanted could be provided. The staff in the restaurants waited on you like royalty and on our final night, Chris our waiter from the turquoise restaurant provided such a nice evening for us. He went above and beyond to make sure we were well looked after, he was so kind and we had such a lovely conversation with him, he is an asset to your company. We could not fault this hotel and our stay, we had the most wonderful time and were so sad to leave and will definitely be returning. The only downside to our trip was the weather wasn’t great but none the less even on the windy days the hotel provided blankets so you could still enjoy being outside at the bars or restaurants or even by the pool! If you’re looking for a stay where the service goes above and beyond in the most beautiful hotel, this is the place for you. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know and will definitely be back. Excellent hotel with wonderful, attentive staff. All hotel services were of a superb level. Great restaurant with a diverse menu. Beautiful, well-maintained hotel grounds with various relaxation areas. A special thanks to the Roxy Kids Club team for the entertaining programs for children throughout the day; my daughter was absolutely delighted. This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at.

Just been for one week with our grown up children partners and grandchildren and we all loved this hotel. We have stayed at ikos resort before but we all felt this beat it hands down. The hotel is luxuriously fitted out the staff are very friendly the food and drinks all good quality the pool area is lovely and not too loud and there always seemed a great atmosphere the beach is also great really soft sand and warm sea and buzzer service on the sunbeds there too the kids club and water park were excellent for the little ones our only complaint was that we couldn’t stay longer We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. We also flew into Dubai as wanted to travel emirates and the drive wasn’t too bad and booked separate much cheaper transfer with emirates tour company The hotel is near to malls and all the resort parks such as Ferrari world thanks again rixos

Wow what a hotel! Me and my family have just returned from the most wonderful stay at the Rixos Saadiyat hotel in Abu Dhabi. I have been fortunate enough to travel to different places around the world for my job with my family and for work and I have to say this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. - The architecture of the hotel is stunning and the rooms are so specious and modern with beautiful colours. We stayed in a pool swim up room and loved it - The Pools are fab you have a main pool, wave pool and waterpark which my daughter loved - the service at the hotel is amazing everyone is so attentive and polite, the main pool bar staff are incredible serving you in roller skates and always so friendly and nice - Clean so clean the toilets are always cleaned, the rooms are cleaned first class. Special mention to our cleaner Mike he was amazing - the kids Club was really good as it’s in it’s own area near the waterpark and everyday they have back to back stuff on for the kids. They have evening shows here which are really good, I couldn’t believe how much they had available for the kids - the evening entertainment at the bar was chilled with lovely singers and bands such a lovely vibe relaxing - the restaurants are fab our favourite was the seafood Mediterranean with the plate smashing and live Greek singers who were amazing - I was really impressed with the buffet one of the best I have every been to such a big choice A big special mention to Amro in the aerobics team , I don’t normally do water aerobics or fitness on holiday but he really made it so much fun and was always so happy and upbeat I ended up doing 2 classes a day which helped burn the calories of all the food and cocktails I was having lol. Thank you Rixos we can’t wait to return

the guys by the pool are awesome especially ali and kb would recommend it to anyone evething about the hotel is great the room and all the all inclusive lunch dinner Breakfast La menu the room are nice bright and clean everything is great people very friendly

Our experience at the Rixos Saadiyat was lovely and couldn’t recommend them enough. Room was stunning and facilities were amazing. Food was unreal and absolutely delicious. Al a carte restaurants were amazing and thoroughly recommend booking on arrival. Kids club and service around the pool and beach was great also. We DEFINATELY want to return.
