Excellent location and good service professional staff

This was not my first time in Ritaj Salwa. It was always a good plan for my family. But unfortunately, my last stay 23/24.11.2023 was the worst due to restaurant manager bad behaviour and poor management in addition that the food was with low quality..I asumed not fresh...🤢 My kids reminded hungry...😭 He ruined our stay, and we spent the day under stress and negative feelings...💔🥺🥺🥺

Nice arrangements and delicious food. Pool facilities were also amazing. One small shaded facility if provided at the open ground could be better.

I am writing to express my sincere gratitude for the prompt and efficient service provided by Bipul, Rasel, Mehedi & your team. Your swift response and attention to detail ensured that our needs were met with professionalism and courteousness. Your team's dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable. I visited first time there everything was perfect. However I would like to suggest little more options of Asian dishes in your menu which can make big difference. We went for a day pass last weekend at Retaj Salwa Resort, it was truly a memorable experience we were 02 families and had a wonderful time and got excellent service Haries , Diya, and Binita were truly outstanding and welcomed with genuine smiles to the resort and took care our kids very well they had a good time. A big thanks to the F&B manager Pramod for taking care of us and thanks to the Retaj family and will come back soon.

My experience was simply amazing, I really appreciated the room services which were available and the waiters at the wonderful open boufe including Mr. Asef who was very kind and helpful. In addition, the food was also really delicious and the pool was very big and nice. In conclusion the place was very pleasant even though there are some notes which need to be taken into consideration like the fact that our room card didn't close the door and we needed to use a key everytime we go in and out of our room, however I really liked the place and would recommend it to other people.

The resort is clean, staff are friendly, facility is perfect. Thanks to all the staff, Carolina, Asif, Fatima and room service. I recommend to visit, even the location is out of Doha. It was a pleasure having this visit, and I look forward to seeing you again soon isA

We had a great breakfast buffet and we would like to thank Mr.Asif for the very good service. He always ask what we need. We really enjoy the food and coffee..the ambiance is calm and accommodating.. The morning service is excellent. We love it,

I absolutely adore the hotel facilities, especially the pool, the hydro, and the natural surroundings. While some staff members didn't have the most welcoming demeanor, I must commend Asif at the restaurant and Aung, the gentleman at the Hydro massage for their exceptional kindness and helpfulness. Overall, despite these minor hiccups, my experience was wonderful, offering a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of Doha.
