The stay in this hotel was really pleasant and if we go back again to Sicily, we will surely stay at the same hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and really helpful, especially Valentina (she's a true star) and Giovanni at the reception desk. They were genuine "problem solvers", always with a big welcoming smile and ready to act when needed, and they've created all the conditions for our stay to be as smooth as it could be. A big thank you to both of them. Hope to see you soon.

Place to sleep would not stay here aging the staff was great very nice the coffee was terrible there were bugs in the room it is down some kinda creepy one way ally that was not labeled oh and one last thing the wasp attack me and my gf in our room. Not fun.

A very good, modern and original hotel, excellent amenities. It caters for people who are travelling by car or motorbike and who want a quiet and central resting base. Hotel has ample free parking. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable with a very good bathroom. Very clean. Hotel Manager and staff were very friendly, professional and pleasant. Very good breakfast. All in all it's 10 out of 10. Would I return to Ibis Acireale? Without any hesitation! Thanks, well done!

I ended up here as my flight had been heavily delayed, therefore a 2.00am arrival was not what I really wanted. Check in was quick and bed comfortable. In the later morning, I had chance to see the hotel in the light, and a better mood. It must be a new build, as the rooms were immaculate. Not quite to my style, with quirky off set decor. The bathroom was large, with a double walk in shower. Aircon was quiet, and effective, but did smell a little chemically after being run for a while. Breakfast was served in a bright area near reception. A good continental selection which was fresh and constantly refreshed. Placed next to a shopping mall, and near to the coast ( but not easy to get to coast) the location seemed a little remote for a hotel

Very disappointed. Air-conditioning not functioning properly.. inside it was extremely hot. Some people were seen in the middle of the night outside the hotel to cool themselves. Breakfast.. boiled eggs were served cold from the refrigerator.

Ac was disaster during a heat wave i pretend a good quality of accommodation.friend of our group was sent in another room wich is far for 100 meters away from the group this is a bad situation and not acceptable.and during the dinner we was set on a table with the sun front of us.

I could say The Hotel and all the rooms are nice but you must arrange the Aircondition no fresh air !! If you want positive feedback work on this issue before you will loose so much Tourists.... Me definately i wont be your guest anymore im so dissapointed with the Aircondition issue !!! I went to many any hotels but ive never found this issue . Thanks .

I am sorry to read that your dissatisfaction refers to the air conditioning system. I can assure you that the air conditioning system works. During the days you were guests in our hotel, the rooms had a temperature of 24 degrees, when outside it was 40 degrees during the hottest hours. Each room has the possibility of lowering and/or increasing the temperature +3 degrees or -3 degrees. Your request was to have a temperature of 16 degrees or even less. In addition to your group, the hotel was occupied by many other guests who did not complain about this problem, so probably the temperature was fine. The front desk staff and the maintenance staff did everything they could to respond to your problems, checking daily that the system was ok, but there was nothing wrong. It was probably a question of different habits and standards regarding the use of air conditioning. We are sorry but we hope to welcome you again in our hotel in the future.

Comfortable big rooms, away from the centre, as I wanted, it was quiet and very relaxing after the long days we had. The breakfast was tasty and the variety satisfying. It was clean, rooms and all the areas of it. Personel was really polite and willing to help us find restaurants, places, info about Sicily. Our room had an amazing view of Etna! A local restaurant is right next to the hotel -2min walk, which is a plus for the hotel. I definately suggest it if you have a car.

The hotel is okish, clean rooms, breakfast is ok too. Very hot rooms and AC not on cooling. I booked 3 rooms in this hotel because of electric charging on site. Little did I know this would turn into a nightmare. The service is offered by Enel and the hotel has given some support like offering to talk to Enel but not as much as one would wish as it's offered by 3rd party supplier. Although the hotel is clean my major buying point was the charging and every day it's a nightmare. Definitely not staying again in this hotel and not moving just because we are 3 rooms not 1. Note not staying at any hotel that offers Enel charging.

Modern hotel on the outskirts of Acireale with all things you would expect from an All Accor hotel. Pleasant, helpful staff on arrival got us settled in nicely. Good size room with large bathroom. In fact the bathroom was bigger than our whole room in Singapore!🤣 Room had everything you need for a short stay. WiFi and air con worked well. Good breakfast but watch out for the kitchen staff…..they’ll have your table cleared before you come back from getting another brew! After that, we made sure one of us stayed at the table when the other went for a top up. We only had one small problem with the room which we mentioned to reception staff and that was sorted out before our return later that day, thank you. Be mindful this hotel is out of town and only one restaurant within walking distance (it was shut for 2 weeks when we stayed!) Large shopping complex is right next door, handy for bits and bobs and to stock up the fridge. Enjoyable stay and would not hesitate to book here again.

Very disappointed by my experience in this hotel. And to think that I still have to stay there for several days! A room with a very damaged bathroom. No possibility of adjusting the room temperature yourself. Lack of variety and ingredients at breakfast. No bread grill. A shame for an ibis style.

Terrible hotel - no AC (air conditioning) 3 nights at the hotel in August (summer) and the AC didn’t work a single night. I was told they had to keep the room at 25 degrees (Celsius). Allegedly it was an Italian government Law, but nobody at the hotel could show me the legal act. Never the less, it should be informed in advance.
