ベストウェスタン アックワース イン(Best Western Acworth Inn)

No dining! No coffee or breakfast at 6:00 as advertised. McDonald’s didn’t have coffee ready either.

The hotel was okay. It is very old and outdated but was clean. The room is small and the beds are more like a full and not a double, need to update the mattresses as well. The bathroom was small like a closet, barely could get the door open and could not get dressed in there. Would be a decent hotel with some major upgrades.

The room was clean, breakfast very good, but the ice machine didn't work, looks like they turn it off to save money.

Room was dated, but was clean which is big, but there were other issues. The room wasn't quiet, meaning that easily hear the other rooms doors open/close and traffic from busy street. Finally, where the free included breakfast area there was no heat and it was 20 degrees outside which made it impossible to eat there.

None of the plugs worked. Could not use phone charger, hair dryer, etc. unplugged microwave to charge phone

Road trip from Nashville TN to Savannah GA. Convenient stop for the night near Tesla Supercharger. Clean room.

Breakfast on second day did not have the sausages or any meat. Nobody was at the desk for us to let them know that they need to replenish the breakfast items. When we finished breakfast, that is when the staff came out with other breakfast items. Very disappointing.

I booked through *******. I get to the hotel the clerk tells me he sees my reservation, but ******* is credit card was declined and they’re not gonna honor my reservation. Then the clerk does a bait and switch and tells me oh I can pay for a room for $150 if I want we had to spend another hour finding another hotel and now ******* won’t refund my money in the hotel is lying. The management won’t tell them I didn’t stay there. This place is a rip off and a bait and switch and definitely don’t book your hotel online because they will rip you off!!!
