I assumed with an apar**ent it would have parking, but no, I guess that one’s on me. We had to park on the street or a small shopping car park all had timed parking. Toilet seat was broken, they were going to send someone to fix it but they never turned up. Wardrobe door was off and behind the couch and there were no coat hangers.

It was everything it said it would be. Parking difficult, if staff beat you to one of the only 3 carparks. But the overflow in the shopping centre next-door was adequate. Quiet rooms and very clean. Good access to public transport. Even over holiday period, good access to shops and services.

Don't bother to stay here. There's 16 apar**ents and 3 car parks. Codes didnt work to get into the place. The place stank of smoke, opened the windows to air and had neighbours looking in. Walls are paper thin can hear neighbours every move or tap on.

No hairdryer, other tenants noisy, another tenant complaining about her code given to another person who entered her apar**ent, no housekeeping

This apar**ent was not at all suitable for our needs. In the room details it stated that it was wheelchair accessible. Due to my husbands limited mobility and use of a walker this was essential for us. When we arrived at the apar**ents we were shocked to find the only access to our apar**ent was via 2 sets of arrow steep stairs with no hand rails to the top level. My husband had to climb on his hands and knees to reach the top level. I had to carry our bags and his walker up the stairs. As the floor was’ t clean, he was quite grubby on reaching the top. There is no onsite reception access is remotely operated. The premises is difficult to locate and parking is in a nearby shopping centre carpark. This place is entirely unsuitable for anyone with mobility issues or some frailty for carrying luggage a distance. One of two ceiling lights didn’t work, the toilet roll holder was falling off the wall. There was a long hair not belonging to us in the bed.

Booking got cancelled and then when they re-booked it I never received codes and couldn't get into my apar**ent even though they had sent the codes multiple times I never received them

Okay, so maybe I should have looked at the reviews rather than just the pretty pictures online! It is not the worst place that I have stayed at but there is much to do in ways of improving when better hotels are charging similar. Cleanliness needs to be greatly improved, luck I did look at the reviews after we booked and we bought our own sheets and pillows with us. There were random hairs all over the beds. Noise and lack of parking would be two other concerns but the location was great for the event we were attending and we survived to write this review. Moral to this review would be to always check reviews before booking and then make up your own mind. Hapoy travels.

Had to call property twice to get check in details. Room very clean and tidy but very noisy. Could hear everything from the room above, including for steps. The apar**ents walls are very thin and outside lights left on all night. Had to put towels over windows at across bottom of door to stop bright lights coming into room

The unit was nice. There are only 3 parking places for 16 units and the entrance to that parking is narrow.
