昔を思い出させるホテル。確かに全体的には少々古めかしいですが、それが魅力を増し、歴史を感じさせます。スタッフはエチオピアで見られるものと同じくらいよく訓練されており、設備も素晴らしく (温水プール!)、環境も素晴らしいです。

古いホテルなので、あまり多くを求めることはできません。歴史のあるヒルトンとしては、全体的に良い、環境も良く、食事も美味しいです。店内は宿泊客も多く、接待の対応も良好です。 次回もここに泊まります、全体的には良いです。

なんというか、ホテルの予約を手伝って朝食を持ってきたのに、朝朝食を食べに行ったら、注文の中に朝食が入っていないと言われました。この件をカスタマーサービスに報告しましたが、今のところ役に立ちません。他はすべて問題ありません

Good location and service. But the facility is very old.

一次糟糕的旅行，臨出發去機場前在阿斯馬拉找到網絡進行了預訂，無奈的是航班空公司問題我們無法抵達，預訂了兩天取消不掉，連一天都不能取消。 這是多麼糟糕的一次體驗，這個酒店是快要倒閉了麼？ 對方的理由也很無懈可擊，大家要遵從契約。

場所はいい。庭が広い。安全性確保。邸内にスーパーマーケットがある。ホテル内に２４時間営業の銀行がある。エチオピア航空のオフィスがある。建物が古い。設備も古い。便利なホテルであるが、設備が古い。トイレ・浴室給湯システムが故障していた。

We had our Wedding venue @Hilton Addis Ababa, and stayed at the Junior Suite. It was specious and complimented with attention to details, we also received a Grant for the latest checkout we have ever received in any Hotel before… the room service was fast and satisfying. The Wedding Venue was perfect for the number of people we invited and had room for a dance floor. The service and food there were outstanding as well. Thank You for making it Memorable!!

We ate lunch at the restaurant which was fine but this was the first time in my long life that I was charged to use the WiFi. This is a nice expensive restaurant by Ethiopian standards and they insist to charge US$1.20 to use their WiFi. The food and ambience were very good but very cheap standards to charge for internet.

Staff are wonderful. Particularly Mekdes Front of House Manager) and Rahel (Guest Relations Supervisor). We had two stays in one week and both were enhanced by the attention to our needs of both of these people. We had a great experience of this hotel and highly commend these two members of the Hilton team, particularly Mekdes, whose genuine and efficient approach impressed us greatly.
