最悪。「ジェレミー」のおかげで、二度とこのホテルには泊まらない。フライトで遅く到着したのに、フロントの男は私がIDを直接手に渡さなかったという理由で口先だけの対応をした…IDはカウンターの上に置いてあった。

Great stay! Newly built hotel, everything felt brand new. Tony at the front desk was very friendly. Clean room, comfortable bed, and a great night’s sleep.

The Hampton Hilton in Addison totally rocks everyone was super nice and cool and I even got to see a little lightning with the rain last night awesome I’ll be back Tony,Ray and the crew were great give them all a raise thanx ya’ll..! 😎🛹🎸💫✌️🇺🇸✨🛸

To be met by Tony's genuine, warm greetings and kind assistance in the reception was such a great start of the stay/weekend.

Tony , the front desk agent, was very welcoming when we first entered ! We were inquiring about a 7 night stay as my husband will be having an extensive back surgery at Methodist Hospital . Tony answered all our questions and helped secure our reservation for the end of this month. We are extremely satisfied we have chosen this hotel ! Tony is a very valuable asset !!

This hotel is excellent. The service provided the rooms are clean, but we want to make a special thank you to Tony at the front desk that was able to give us peace of mind to extend our stay due to upcoming storms that would hinder our travel. I found everything very nice, clean and pleasant breakfasts also for the palate. The hospitality of the workers I would say is one of the best, I had a lot of fun in the gym. And I have no doubt that I would stay here again if necessary, when I left the hotel Tony the receptionist attended me and I liked his kindness and his person very much, without a doubt one of the best.

Tony was sooo helpful making sure I got checked into my room after a long day of work! The room was perfect for my 1 night stay and minimal noise and it’s surrounded but a bunch of delicious food options.

Upon entering the property I was surprised….id never seen such a nice Hampton. Much of that was because of the building itself, but even more of it was the people. I had the opportunity to meet Tony at the front desk. He greeted me with a smile and made a tired traveler feel comfortable. That makes all the difference when traveling.
