まず、ホテルのロビーはとても狭くて居心地が悪く、朝食レストランも狭かったです。さらに、部屋は薄暗く、変な匂いがしたので、寝る時は窓を開けっぱなしにしなければなりませんでした。午前3時頃になるとゴミ収集車が動き出し、とてもうるさかったです。さらに、電車や飛行機の音も聞こえてきて、眠れませんでした。家具もとても古かったです。二度と泊まりたくありません。

Booked this hotel because I had an interview in the Addison area and I didn’t see any terrible reviews regarding cleanliness or anything, just needed a place to sleep. The location was by far the best part, it was so close to everything in Addison. However, just about everything else was very disappointing. I’d known from reviews that it had been renovated, but I wasn’t aware it was still being renovated and that there would be a good amount of rooms, including the one right next to us on both sides, with the door just propped open getting renovated. We had a room on the first floor first and it was clean enough, there was a spider in the bathtub but the beds looked fine. That was until I looked up at the wall after my shower and there was a huge roach crawling. It ended up crawling into my bed so we told the front desk and they let us switch rooms. We walked upstairs to our next room, and we passed many of the open doors, it was pretty eerie. Then we get in our room, free of bugs it seems and clean enough, except the AC did not work. It took all night for it to cool off even a little bit and it was extremely loud. Not ideal for the night before an interview. We also noticed in the second room that there was some stuff painted over on the wall, but it was much better than the roach. Second day went smoothly, until we were napping and I got woken up by paint fumes in our room. It was literally so strong that it woke me up from a nap. I went to the door to see and they were I guess painting the room next door. But I should not be smelling the fumes that strong and especially not at 9pm on a Friday, it felt unsafe. The renovation people were consistently in an out of rooms and leaving stuff in the hallways too. Overall, you get what you pay for, and I should’ve paid a little more for a nicer hotel, but I would definitely not stay here again.

Hotel is being renovated and construction dust everywhere. Reserved jacuzzi room and it was out of order. No towels and instead of bringing towels they moved us to another room. So tired of walking long long hallways. Breakfast buffet was very limited with no fruit, plates, breads or muffins. Had to get front desk staff to provide food replacements for 9 people at 8am the 1st morning and 5 people at 7:30 the 2nd morning.

Was advertised as having breakfast on *******. When I showed up, no breakfast due to construction! Why not spend a few minutes to update your information in *******? If you’re renovating and can’t serve breakfast, update your listing. Bathroom had lots of moss and algae. Not going to this place again.

Not a nice experience. Room very out dated and not a clean experience. Were allocated a room for disabled and stinking of tobacco smoke. Environment not maintained especially rear door to access parking area.

I’d rather sleep in my car This hotel is outdated and dirty. The bed is a brick. The building had terrible odors. The chair in our room had crusty stuff in it. There was a roach in the tub. The front desk staff watched us leave after check-in and then called 10mins later to tell me we had to return the luggage cart… she was polite, but very off putting and unnecessary as they were not busy & they had other carts available. I would not recommend this place for my worst enemy.

Very standard low quality motel. Bathtub was brown and carpet had cigarette stains everywhere. I guess you can’t ask for much but I’d expect better from Best Western

Not bad for a lower cost hotel Staff was friend and check in / out was easy. Room was too hot as was our other family’s room on the opposite side of the hotel. We picked this place because it was close to several spots we were visiting, so it was convenient.

Never again. The first room had fresh paint on door and table, along with a bug in the room. My husband and daughter accidentally touched the wet paint and found out the hard way. No sign of fresh paint or anything. I'll never book this hotel again.
