Nice hotel.

The room was adequate for our 2-night stay, smelled good, and quiet. Breakfast was the standard buffet. Morning coffee, tea, hot water were available. Fresh fruits were not so fresh, kinda soggy, and maybe days old. The main complaint I had, which I brought to the manager's attention happened when a member of our group couldn't get in because his key card didn't open the front entrance (not sure why, even though it worked with our room). Exhausted from work, he went back to his car and ended up sleeping out there in the cold for more than an hour after midnight. He didn't want to disturb us so he called the front desk, but no one was there to let him in. It wasn't until one of us in the group woke up past 2AM and realized that he didn't make it inside. She went downstairs to fetch him, didn't see any attendant, and opened the main door. If this didn't happen, I would have given this location 4 stars. If the response from management was more compassionate instead of asking "how many times did he try to call the front desk?" I'd probably give it 5 stars.

I was thankful for the two separate bedrooms. Though upon arrival the rooms smelled of mold, shower drain was clogged and there was no real comforter on the beds. I should have brought an extra blanket. The grounds had litter that could have easily been picked up by the housekeeping staff but they ignored it. It was not a clean feeling at all. We did not even want to partake of the centennial breakfast because it just felt like an unkept place. I would only go back if I could not find a VRBO in the area to rent.

Liked the stay.. housekeeping was daily, which was a good point.. breakfast very repetitive. Otherwise good.

Breakfast was at least 30 minutes late everyday which caused delays for my trip.

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The only good thing was the breakfast; everything else was absolutely disgusting. As soon as you walk into the room, there is a horrible smell. The place looks extremely old and poorly maintained. It’s clear that there is a complete lack of upkeep. Areas like the smoke detectors and vents had stains that looked like cockroach droppings, which is completely unacceptable. The cleanliness was terrible: everything was dusty, the carpet was filthy, and the blankets looked dirty, worn out, and even torn. The kitchen utensils were dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guest. The stove was also dirty. The bathroom had mold, which clearly shows a lack of hygiene and proper care. I definitely do not recommend this hotel. It needs a deep cleaning and urgent renovations.

This was the third room I stayed in together with my previous stay and the rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. They provide a good breakfast. If you happen to prefer cooking your meals rather than dinning out, they don't have enough cooking pots and utensils available in the rooms. The property is at an ideal spot for visiting all adjacent areas within the metroplex.
