スタッフはそれほどフレンドリーではありませんでしたが、Trip.comで予約したにもかかわらず、私たちと協力してくれました。しかし、彼らのプラットフォームがTrip.comを使用していないことについては何も言われず、私はデポジットを失っていないので、彼はデポジットを支払わなければならないので、私たちはもうストリップできなくなり、実際には翌朝、彼らはオンライン予約はもう受け付けていないと言いました。

Poor condition of this american value hotel. The American breakfast, they offer is not true, they don't have anything for breakfast. The carpets are very dirty, there were two mattresses in the aisle in the second floor and in the dinning room. The parking lot was a mess, dirty, with a lot of garbage everywhere. The room was cleaned only once in the 3 days we stayed there. The condition of the bathroom was poor. The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. This hotel needs a lot of remodeling. .

I stayed here with my boyfriend for a wedding thinking that it was conveniently located.. was it conveniently located? Yes. Was it worth it? Nope! I don’t really know where to start because almost everything about the experience was bad, which is unfortunate because I really wanted to like this place. Towels? Stained with blood and a brown substance that I’ll leave up to the imagination Walls? Literally had boogers on them lol The smell? Well getting into and getting out of the elevator you were greeted with a crazy smell that was giving urine but also mildew.. crazy combo Other small things that weren’t awful but just off was the A/C unit wasn’t the greatest so it was really hot when the sun was out, beds were itchy but didn’t have bed bugs so that was a plus I guess haha Luckily I used points so we didn’t have to pay anything except an early check in fee. However, the lady at the front desk did try to charge me because she didn’t know I used points. Not her fault, she should probably receive more thorough training but if I hadn’t caught that then I would’ve been out $60. Overall I wouldn’t stay here unless someone paid me.. but even then I probably wouldn’t

Room It was a place to stay. Nothing grand. Room was so/so. Clean but neighbors were loud!

Quality service The room was really small and not so much accommodating I had left something in the room and they act like per usual that they didn’t find anything. If you find something always give it to the front desk because you don’t know if they are coming back for it.

It was clean and comfortable. Close to everything. Visited my grand-daughter and it was very convenient! Staff was friendly and it was a safe area.

It was an ok hotel for the price

I booked through ******* which i thought had the tax and fees included, only to show up and be told there was a $50 deposit, a $25 pet deposit (even though their policy states $15) no fee for service animal which i have w/ proper paperwork but the employee wouldnt accept it.
