This hotel has lost its glory. Repairs and work going on everywhere. People everywhere on sunbeds and no system on anything at all. You have to pay to use the hotels «part» of the beach. Overcrowded breakfast. I am a regular on Ritz Carlton Abama and will absolutely recommend this hotel instead.

Wonderful and distinctive property with very, very friendly / helpful staff. Whilst the property has many amenities on offer, it is not too far a walk to outside establishments. The Playa del Duque south beach is right outside the hotel's lower entrance.

A resort full of options, whether you want quiet spa treatments, lounge areas, dining options, a gym workout or entertainment. So many staff that you’ll never have to wait or search out what you need.

A fabulous hotel and a must stay when visiting Tenerife. It is the best by a country mile compared to others on the island in my opinion. Friendly staff, excellent service, beautiful architecture and a place I will keep in my heart for ever.

Stunning resort. Staff went above and beyond to meet your needs. We felt very safe. Fresh salt water pools. Beach access. Fine dining!!

The total experience of staying at the Bahia del Duque was amazing from start to finish. It’s the most beautiful place and the staff are just the best. Can’t wait to return.

Bahia Del Duque and Casa Ducales. I don’t usually do this but I wanted to congratulate the hotel on an excellent holiday and incredible staff. My partner and I are very well travelled. And I have spent 30 years working in the travel industry in various roles. My family and I are not easily pleased and although we travel on holiday 4 to 5 times a year we always go somewhere different. Except for an annual trip to the same hotel in Barbados, we never visit the same hotel twice. After 7 nights we all agreed the hotel and holiday ticked all the boxes for all 3 of us. The hotel should be extremely proud of all their staff. Andrea, Victoria and Ismael and the waiter (sorry I didn’t get his name) at Casa Ducales were incredible. We had a little problem on arrival as we didn’t like our room. This was easily resolved by very efficient staff. Great touches at casa ducales. Especially the complimentary drinks and canapés in reception and extra touches in room. Downside. It’s a shame not all pools are heated (only 1) but from an eco viewpoint this is ok. Disappointed paddle and tennis not included at casa ducales as we played daily but a minor point. Food at beach club and Kensei incredible. Staff, cleanliness, ground and location can’t be beaten.
