The hotel is stunning like paradise on Earth It was my birthday while I was there and they made it so special for me Katarina made me feel so special like I was the only guest in the hotel The pool beach rooms and food amazing Every single staff member were so friendly and helpful I don’t travel very often but this is by far the best hotel have ever stayed at

We visited the hotel for a week in may - We booked 3 different rooms/bungalows. And due to a misunderstanding we didn't get the room we expected, but the hotel managers were very accommodating and found a solution by upgrading our room, that met our needs. The hotel was very neat and luxurious, with lots of friendly service personnel to ensure that you get a pleasant stay without missing anything. The 3 rooms/bungalows we booked, all lived up to our expectations of a 5 star hotel. They had different categories, and thereby different service levels. Some were serviced twice a day, with complimentary fruits and water during the day. All in all a really great experience at Grecotel Creta Palace.

Hotel was amazing in every way. The staff was friendly, welcome drinks at reception, in room champagne, wine, fruits and sweets on arrival. , great swimming pool, kids pool with water slides, beach chairs, beach bar, manicured grounds, room cleaning, breakfast, fitness classes, kids disco nightly, live music nightly, kids club, and fitness classes. The ladies at the kids club were amazing and spoke many languages, so everyone was accommodated. Programs were different every day and well planned. The playground and kids facilities were well equipped for thunderstorms, rain, and sunshine. Cosin at the fitness club was amazing and customized a program for me when I was the only one. The 4km distance from town is perfect for running, or take the bus for 1.10 Euros. We would go back again.

Brilliant the staff are so friendly and helpful with everything. We would like to say a big thank you to Izabella for helping us with showing us what activities this beautiful island had to offer. All the staff make you feel welcomed and give you that 5* trea**ent all the way from check in to departure, a very professional attitude. I would definitely recommend this hotel, it was perfect in everyway the food and drinks were amazing and the rooms were perfect, even though we stayed in a normal sea view room it definitely feels like a top of the range room.

We are just about to leave this beautiful hotel. The staff deserves a big praise, they are always friendly and ready to help. Food is very good too, fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay at Grecotel Creta Palace and would like to come back one day!

We’ve recently spent 2 weeks at Grecotel Creta Palace with our 1 year old baby. It is well located and easy to get to. We had a few issues with the room on first night of our stay but they were quickly dealt with by the staff on shift, management however did not reach out to us without prompting 2 days after and were happy with how they dealt with it in the end. Isabella at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. We left our pram at the car hire centre 1 hour away but she helped get hold of one for the next day. The outdoor pools are lovely old but fairly well maintained, the main pool is very deep for 90% of it. We did plan on using the indoor one when the weather wasn’t so good but we didn’t in the end as it was a bit disappointing and slightly neglected by the hotel. The kids pool is ok but slightly wild with no rotation of lifeguard (who also didn’t seem to pay much attention). We were greeted at the entrance of the main restaurant by the lovely Maria who made us feel so welcome. We enjoyed talking to her every day before going in. She was also great with our baby! We were impressed by the variety and the quality of the food. There was also a great selection of desserts. The hotel is very family friendly. Grecoland has plenty of toys and activities to keep them occupied. The tasty corner is a nice touch as they have access to snacks and drinks throughout the day. Overall we had a wonderful family holiday. The first week was probably better as the hotel had just re-opened for the season and didn’t feel as busy as the second week. Whenever we swapped our dinner for lunch it always seemed nice and quiet and breakfast before 8:30 was much quieter.

The rooms are ok… maybe the balcony will be better if will be a little bit larger. The pillows are amazing and also the temperature in the room is quite good. The location of the hotel very good. 700-800m to all taverns and shopping markets… and also about 5-7min taxi from rethymnon city center / harbour where you can dine spectaculary. Huuuuge beach with restaurant on the beach where you can have seafood, fish, etc. Bar inside preety good with a lot of fine spirits and i must say particulary about Katerina who welcomes us…. Amazing and very warm person. Such a elegant and lovely lady and so well inform us about everything. 6* for her. If the pool was heated it was perfect. Nothing else but good

We’ve had the best stay. The quality and indulgence in every step of our stay was amazing. Great food, everything is super clean and the staff is so welcoming and kind. Great facilities for our girls (11 & 8). Also highly recommandable for eating glutenfree. So much attentention.

a hotel should be my home away from home, keeping me relaxed after the slow traffic , after exploring wonderful Creta. starting with a large parking, welcome by friendly people, offering quality services, the live music in the evening, having an amazing beach and a large pool, excellent food, clean and cozy, Creta Palace is an excellent place to stay.
