アトランティック パーム ビーチ(Atlantic Palm Beach)

There is no way on God's green earth this is a four star hotel. From the moment we arrived we ran into problems within our rooms. The air conditioning in my room was broken - I went downstairs to inform reception, and they sent a 'technician' who tried turning it on using the remote control. Unsurprisingly to nobody, it did not turn on, at which point he turned to me and said "No good". You don't say, mate. He said he will come back tomorrow to fix it at 08:00 - he never came back. I informed reception again of the problem and they said they would send somebody to fix it, yet this never happened. Next door, in my mate's room, there was a strange odour. It was as if something had gone off within the fridge. The door to the veranda wouldn't lock, so I yet again informed reception, the same 'technician' came along and he said "It doesn't lock". Yes, that's right, they cannot be bothered to fix it - goodness knows how long it has been like that. This isn't a door to a balcony, by the way - this is a door to an area ANYBODY can access. This was especially problematic considering my room did not have a safe, so I had to use the safe in my mate's room. Reception had the cheek to attempt to charge us to use the safe - under normal circumstances I probably wouldn't have cared, but when they didn't even attempt to fix the back door, that was just a bridge too far. Also, the safe wasn't screwed down - I was able to pick it up with my bare hands. Absolutely extraordinary. The TV in that room wouldn't switch on. The remote control was battered and taped back together. We transferred the batteries from the air conditioning remote control into the TV remote, and that appeared to fix it, but then it just stopped completely. Breakfast was absolutely dire. I don't really have much more to say about it. We suffered through breakfast there on the first morning and decided to go next door to the Dominium cafe for the next three days, where breakfast was excellent. My advice to anybody looking to book this place is quite straightforward - just book somewhere else. Book a hotel closer to the beach, and do your homework because it would appear star ratings in Morocco are all over the place.

L emplacement est très bien, proche de la mer et de bons cafés et restaurants. Personnel accueillant et serviable.

Hôtel propre et agréable

So first of all this place looks beautiful from outside and bedroom not to bad. Firstly our bedsheets was not changed for 6 days and had to ask on the 6th day for them to be changed and could not have sheets on until they was washed and put back on. Same with towels they take them and you can have them back after about 5 hours. We paid for all inclusive the breakfast only consisted of bread products and egg. When we would ask for milk for our toddler the staff constantly had faces made and we felt unwelcome There was never no fresh fruit. On 2 days out of our 7 day stay we was forced to eat outside and eat due to them having some footballers as guests. The restaurant staff was constantly miserable and barely spoke considering most people I met in morroco was so lovely and welcoming. The restaurant staff had put out fresh fruit for the evening meal only to find out we wasn’t allowed any and it was for other guests. I would never stay here again the staff are rude and you don’t feel like eating from there as they make you feel uncomfortable. On our last day we went down for breakfast there was a line of 30 footballers and we was waiting for food for about 45 min everytime my children went to get some breakfast there was nothing left. In the end one of the staff made 4 pancakes and brought them to the table. I really would not recommend this place there are so many lovely hotels around that will make you feel so welcome this hotel will ruin your holiday.

I have stayed in Atlantic before but this time round the room we stayed 118 requires serious maintenance!!! water dropping in Bathroom and kitchen area. need attention

I drove over six hours to this property and was not allowed to stay because of no marriage contract! Perhaps this hotel should make this clear on the website instead of making people drive 13 hours without resting due to this stupid rule. I was looking forward to seeing this part of Morocco since I have visited many times each year. This is the only place that I was turned away. Apparently they are allergic to money.
