Hotel room is clean, new, exactly as pictured, however the mattress is completely unacceptable. I felt each spring coiling their way between my ribs all night. I kindly asked for a cancellation for the second night, and the owner has not accommodated my request, so, I’ll sleep on the floor this evening. Highly disappointed in the customer service. It took me over 3 hours just to ‘speak’ to the owner through his assistant. Also, keep in mind there are no elevators, and apartments are 3 levels up.
