These apar**ents are absolutely amazing. We will be back next year. This place is clean and newly furnished. The best part is Mr. George and his wife (owners).They made our stay in Chios very special. Mr George went above and beyond from taking us to the store to enjoying dinner with us. We felt like family here. Because of Mr. George we will be back !

I can't say enough about the warm reception and availability of these people here. Anything they can do to make you welcome. Beautiful room with kitchenette. Greek coffee right there waiting to be made. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach and eat fabulous food and stroll home. I will go back again and again .

Το Chios Shallow Sea βρίσκεται σε μια όμορφη τοποθεσία, σε ένα σημείο κομβικό ώστε να επισκεφτεί κάποιος τις υπέροχες παραλίες της νότιας Χίου. Οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου είναι πολύ προσεγμένοι και εξαιρετικά καθαροί, τα ντόπια προϊόντα που παρέχονται είναι μια ευχάριστη έκπληξη. Οι ιδιοκτήτες είναι πολύ φιλόξενοι και φιλικοί. Είναι σίγουρα μια πολύ καλή επιλογή που την προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα.

There is a perfect choise for want to stay in Karfas . We stayed for one night, there was so clean. have a beautiful view from balcony. Near the Karfas beach .It has a quiet and peaceful a**osphere. George welcomed us. He is very kind person. We glad to meet him. The place we want to stay when we come back

Had a wonderful stay at Chios Shallow Sea. The room was immaculately clean and featured modern amenities. George's hospitality was top-notch, and he was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a memorable expersince.

This is one of the best/cleanest hotels at which I’ve ever stayed. Mr. George was very attentive and treated our family with a bag of local pastries. Everything worked as it should. We slept comfortably & peacefully. The small kitchen was perfect. We were able to do our own laundry onsite. The courtyard was perfect for the children to play and to sit for meals or relaxing.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condition of the room is very good. It is clean, spacious and has a little kitchen if you need. The location of the hotel is also close to the beach and restaurants. The owner of the hotel, George, is very helpful and welcomes you with delicious, traditional sweets. We recommend this place.

We had the most wonderful experience at the Shallow Sea Apar**ent. The host/owner George went well beyond what one would expect from a host. We were a bit early to check-in but he let us in anyway. He welcomed us with local specialty drinks and then took the time to point out different places to visit and eat. He checked on us every day to see if we were comfortable and needed anything. He even brought some items we forgot to pack when we checked out to the airport! Words cannot describe how gratefulwe are with their hospitality. Thank you, George!
